Ha ha good one I think it could either be dad or grandpa. Paw, pappy, pops = dad at least usually. Gramps, grampa, grampaw = grandpa. Maybe grand-uncle! Who knows. |

That's what I thought too, and sicne he says "Oh poopaw, how i miss you so," maybe his parents are dead, and that's why he never talks about them. |

Having lived in the Southern US for 6 years, it's probably actually a reference to "Grandfather". Lots of kids around here call their grandfathers by such names as "PawPaw", "PeePaw", and the like. And the Chapman's are from Atlanta, no?
