That was a good book, but I never got the ending. But the reason we argue about the age. Is if we know their age. We could understand the characters more fully. (i don't know if that was proper grammer)

Yeah, I really like Adams compared to Pratchett. Pratchett strays WAYY too much off the plot, it seems to me. nothing is better than Adams.

Understand the characters more fully? What's there to understand? Honestly, everyone creates their own age for the people subconsciously, and for their favorite character they shape their lives around the character. It's really all in the head, I guess.

But what the TBC would most likely want is for their be no age, no birthday, so that the fans could make their own assumptions and fully enjoy the glory of H*R.

How come when I said 20 you said "he's NOT 20!" like in a tone as if I was crazy to think that, and then you say he's 21..not trying to be picky, but yeah.

Aight, makes sense. 7 years old? could be. but I dunno, in my opinion he seems older as 7-year olds don't exactly like girls/drink beer. Lets just say he's ageless!

I guess your right but it is fun to discuss our theories with others.

What do you mean human years? If you haven't noticed, no one in the H*R world is a human.

:cheat:, :homsar:, and the poopsmith could be 300,000 years old. :hr: , :marzi: , :pom: , and  are probably the same age.

I read Hitchhiker's Guide.

"You, know it times like this, when I'm trapped in an airlock in an alien spaceship, about to be thrown out into deep space, that I really wish I had listened to what my mother told me."

"Why, what did she tell you?"

"I don't know, I didn't listen."

Did you read the other 4?

I think The Cheat is not a The Cheat but a Cheat... see Cheat Commandos.

If The Cheat is 'Since 1987', that would make him probably 17, not 21.

Well yeah so.
Homestar is 22, Strong Bad is 25, Strong Mad is 29, Strong Sad is 19, The Cheat is 17, Bubs is 37, Coach Z is about 40, Marzipan is 20, Pom-Pom is likely 23, The King of Town is over 60, the Poopsmith is about 500 years old, and Homsar is about 50.
Oh yeah and Mike your theory can't possibly be correct because that states that three not-triplet brothers are precisely the same age. Remember that Strong Mad is older than Strong Bad who is older than Strong Sad.

This is what I think:
Strong Mad is about 21
Strong Bad is about 19
Strong Sad is about 17
Homestar is 19
Marzipan is 19
Pom-Pom is 20
Bubs is about 33
Coach Z is about 32
Teh Cheat is about 10 or so, prob more in Cheat years
The KOT is about 55-60
The Poopsmith is around 45
Homsar is around like 17, but severly stupid
It may or may not be right, but who knows.

Well, here's my opinion:
• Homestar - 21
• Strong Bad - 23
• Bubs - 42
• Coach Z - 39
• Strong Sad - 22
• Strong Mad - 27
• The Cheat - 7
• The KoT - 58
• The Poopsmith - Well, according to Homestar, 1000
• Marzipan - 19
• Pom Pom - 23
• Homsar - eleventeen past cabbage

Listen, guy who posted before me. The mods and peoples
don't like when you use the icons
to represent characters, for example:

Wrong:
:bubs: : "That'll be five dollars"

Right:
Bubs: "That'll be five dollars"

And if you remember that the world will be a better place.

Woah. That guy has Homestar as 13, and Marzipan as 21! This is a evil relationship of InterrupterJonsian proportions!

Anyway,
I think they're all old enough to know better. HA!

A bajillion people have done this before the guy who posted before you. It's not annoying, it's kind of funny...

BOT: i say all of the characters (except for KOT, Poopsmith, Bubs, and Coach Z) are in their teens. Yes, even Homsar. Every bunch of people has the oddball... right? :p

Wow. That is the exact age I imagined for Coach Z. No joke.
But something inside me wants to make him younger than that. It's probably my unjustified obsession over him. But in "caffeine", he says he's an "old man", so he'd have to be at least 40. Sigh.

I also think The Cheat is in his teens or younger. Who knows?

I thought that all of the Strong brothers were about the same age, I mean look at the flashbacks of SB and SS. They look about the same age.
Also, if The Cheat was old enough to buy beer, (21+) why would he need a fake ID?

The Cheat prob bought the cold one with his fake id, or stole it from Bubs. And it's obvious that the Brothers Strong are different age, because Strong Bad has said that he's the middle child.

Well you know, we don't really have any dragons to hand to study how they age. Maybe 750 is dashingly young for a dragon?

And call me weird, but I think Homsar defies age. Seriously, we've seen him defy gravity amongst other physical laws, what's to say he doesn't age like the other characters either?
