Dude, don't double post in 9 minutes. You must wait until 3 hours to double post. Anyway, Strongbad is a little funnier just because he has been in more things than Homestar. Thus, Strongbad has taken over people's minds. I think this has been posted before as well... |

I think this has been posted before as well... Yeah, I think there are other threads with discussions about this, so I don't think you'll get much conversation here. In my opinion, I think they're both funny in different ways. |

Hard question. Homestar's funny because he's stupid but Strong Bad's funny because he's a jerk and makes fun of people. Any scene that features the both of them is instantly gold. Yeah, that'll be my answer: they're both at their best when they're onscreen at the same time. |

Yes, that's another good example of a pair that's funny on their own but funnier together. Some of my favorite Family Guy episodes are the "Road to..." episodes. |

I'm still of the opinion that Homstar intentionally acts dumber than he really is, to throw people off.  Some of my favorite moments are whenever Homestar outsmarts Strong Bad.

Oh, Homestar, no contest. Strong Bad isn't funny without imput from someone else, like an emailer. Homestar, as proven in Bug and Mouth Disease and The Cartoon Featuring Cool Tapes, can be funny alone. |

I'd also like to point out that Homestar has been able to successfully hold a toon on his own, Fluffy Puff Commercial, whereas Strong Bad has never been in a cartoon by himself...in fact, the idea of a Strong Bad only cartoon was jokingly shown to be a really dumb idea in the email "cartoon." This is enough to prove to me Homestar is funnier.
