I dunno, they could be related. I mean, Strong Bad, Strong Sad and Strong Mad are all related, and they're completely different from one another in almost every possible way.

Another Space Ghost connection I have noticed is with the Bear Holding a Shark. In the Space Ghost Coast 2 Coast episode, "Kentucky Nightmare", the plot revolves around a bear and a shark that walk through the forest "Paw in fin." Probably coincidence, but it never hurts to wonder. As for the SB- Brak connection, your guess is as good as mine.

Actually, when did that episode first appear? Maybe one influenced the other? I mean, it's possible.

Actually, as far as the 'bear holding a shark' thing goes, I don't think there's any way THAT could be a coincidence. A gag like that isn't exactly commonplace, you know. Not that referencing Space Ghost there is a bad thing at all, though.
