I think Strong Bad should stay away from any existing computer things. Because no mater what one he picks, someone will be upset that he didn't pick theirs.

That's quite right and we should let this decision to authors.

The H*R universe must never be infiltrated by the power of Bill Gates. I say no.

Well, it would be funny if he got like the oldest version of a computer, turned it on and is like, "okay, this sucks," and then pulls out his real new computer.

But They should stay away from brand names, I agree.

I think that Strong Bad's use of hopelessly outdated computers is as much a part of his unique charm as the fact that he mutters the names of 8- and 16-bit games in his sleep.

So, I say no. Even if my 486 did have Windows for Workgroups 3.11 on it.

Not true, I have a Tandy 1000 sitting under my monitor. BC's Quest for Tires and King's Quest rule.

If you'll notice, so is every other thread on the Characters section.

Should Strong Bad get Windoze? No. Strong Bad should get Linux.

I think SB's made it clear that he doesn't care for computers with too much computer and not enough typwriter. :)

I liked my old Apple II... that thing was friggen awesome. Wish I hadn't sold it, but we were broke. And to a lesser degree, my Apple IIGS. Strong Bad shoulda bought my Apple II, so it wouldn't have ended up with some electronics guy who probly tore it apart... I'd rather it went out in a blaze of glory, like SB's other computers. Literally, a blaze. :P

If he wants his computer to explode again, yes.

But seriously, TBC will never bring a brand name like Windows into H*R.

Strong Bad will pick up Windows 95 in about 20 years. He's just a bit behind on computers.
