Vote yes or no. This poll does not include dream sequences or like the thing he did in Different Town.

I voted yes. I think the Strong Bad will trick the Poopsmith into talking in a Strong Bad email or something.

I know the Poopsmith took a vow of silence. But the King of Town or Strong Bad or someone could make him really mad, and he might talk. And then he will get mad at himself.

I don't think so. It just doesn't seem like something that would happen.

There's a small chance they would make him talk for an episode, but I really doubt it.

Strong Bad might be smart enough to do it, but I don't see it happening, because, well, I'd hate to think what the 'smith would do to ME if I got him angry...

I sorta wished he would talk, but no. If I saw that, I would think that Homestar jumped the shark.

:poop: Isn't the main reason he doesn't talk since TBC can't think up of a voice for him? I mean if he could talk then how will he sound?

I personally liked his voice from "different town"

But TBC has made many characters since Different Town with their own voices.

It's been six years. If he was going to talk he would have done it by now.

Good point, I can never really imagine what it would sound like if the Poopsmith could talk, and the voice from different town didn't really suit him.

:cheat: I voted Yes. Strongbad could seriously tick him off, and i think he did say something in the strongbad is in jail cartoon. i think he mumbles something when he's gagged.

Yeah, it would tie into a cartoon tradition of cartoon characters who are generally mute..When they talk, they have elegant, educated type voices. The Poopsmith might have a crappy job, but he be smarter than one thinks he is. :poop:

That might be why Strong Bad respects the Poopsmith so much. Or it could be he feels sorry for him.

Either one, really.
