Now here's something that hasn't been addressed as far as I know... Strong Sad, does he wear any clothes? it appears to me that he doesn't... which is way creepier than the thought of Homestar with no pants.

Let's examine Strong Sad...

His feet are dark grey, as is the rest of his lower body

his upper body and hands are a lighter grey (and he occasionally wears a T-shirt over this, suggesting he's shirtless the rest of the time). soooooooooooo... is strong sad a naturist?

(I've sent strong bad an e-mail on the subject).

Well, many of the characters are apparently nudists - Coach Z, The Cheat, and Strong Sad, as you mentioned, and the others don't seem to adress it too often. So its one of those cartoon things. You're just supposed to accept that Strong Sad walks around naked all the time, and also that he has no genitalia.

Well, he does claim in one of his journal entries that he "kinda doesn't wear clothes"... take that as you will. But yeah, I always just figured he doesn't wear anything, and for whatever reason, nobody else really notices.

I think that the dark gray that goes from his waist down is gray pants. And then under those, he wears underwear. Preferably, The Blue Ones.

He also mentioned in his lament that he had worn a sweater to the beach, in the water. Seems like he's got it all mixed up.

Maybe it's just an internet cartoon.

Well, he clearly owns underwear, and as we've never seen him wearing them, that either means he keeps them for OTHER reasons which I would prefer to not ponder, or it means he's wearing pants with The Blue Ooooones under them.

He wears a light gray shirt that exposes his bellybutton and dark gray pants that expose his toenails. Yeah...

Indeedy-do. Also goes by the name of catsuit and body glove. It amounts the same thing in the end--large, over-all one piece suit.

How else do you explain the line that runns horizontaly just below his belly button..

While he has worn T-Shirts and costumes before, over what appears to be his normal body, I would say he is naked.
But it's not gross naked.
You don't hear anyone complaining about it.

This topic is useless. Strong Sad is not naked. The Cheat isn't naked. Nobody in H*R is naked!

I know it's a cartoon, and trust me, this stuff does not in the least keep me up at night, I just think it's fun to talk about insignificant details (those make the funniest e-mails, after all, like "Long Pants").

Sarge... you make an interesting point there, maybe he wears pants... but if so he has worn underwear (the bluueee ooones!) on the OUTSIDE of his clothing (bug in mouth).

It's hard to say, really. On one hand, he claims not to wear clothing and claims his soolnds are real. But on the other hand, is his body two colors? If he were naked, would be be one light grey ball with a white head?

The world may never know.

Ever seen one of those two tone superballs? that's what came to mind after I read your post... although those don't have a very defined line between to two colors; but it's an interesting thought.

I think Strong Sad's body is actually a giant grey dodgeball. Cause in a couple cartoons he hits his stomach and it makes that hollow "bonk" noise dodgeballs make.

i do believe that he is naked all the time...and that he is half elephant..did u ever think about in the lil brudder cartoon the elephant doesn't have front legs...mabey strong sad stole them "IN THE NIIIIGHTTTTT!!" (reference to trogdor)
