Do you think any of the characters should be used more on H*R?

Personally I think there could be a bit more Pom Pom. Particularly in the SB e-mails, where he doesn't show up that much at all I think. I guess the fact that he only bubbles might limit the number off things that could be done with it, but everyone seems to understand him just fine and he can be funny in non-verbal ways (such as in his idea on how to catch the Yello-Dello)

So personally I think a little more Pom Pom/Strong Bad interaction might be neat. Especially since I can't really figure out what Strong Bad thinks of him exactly. If anything his opinion on Pom Pom seems to vary.

Yeah, I'd like to see more PomPom as well.

Of course, my heart is always set on Homsar, and every appearance he makes improves the cartoon.

1) Pom Pom
2) Homsar

I agree about Pom-Pom. He's only been in a few sbemails, and we just don't see much about him. So Pom-Pom is my vote.

Some have speculated that Pom Pom must be hard to use since he can't really talk, but think about The Cheat. He doesn't talk either, and they seem to be just fine using him everywhere.

I would like to see more of the Poopsmith, though.

Up until "haircut", I thought that Strong Mad was the most underated character. The guy is just hilarious, and has a few things that you can just quote off the top, example: "Did you just say PARAKEET?", or "MAKE IT DANCE! MAKE IT PRANCE!!!", and who could forget "IS YOUR REFRIDGERATOR RUNNING??"

But right now, I'd have to say that it's Pom-Pom. I don't know what happened with that guy. He started off as Homestar's best friend, and now he barely ever appears. TBC should really figure out something to do with him. Like, say, put him in a satire Cold Ones ad with lots-a-ladeez.

Seems I'm not alone in the opinion Pom Pom should be used more. :D

Not entirely sure about Homsar though. He could stand to appear a little more, but if he'd appear to much he'd lose his magic, I think. He is that guy that shows up every rare once in a while and drops a nugget of comedy gold, thats extra precious BECAUSE he doesn't appear much.

I do really like his appearance in 'Where is the Cheat'! So yeah, a little more Homsar might be nice yes, but I think he should be more in the non-SB-email cartoons! He's only in 'Where's the Cheat and the Halloween ones I think. ;) Not that I'd be complaining if he'd appear in the next SB-email. ;) Plus Homsar could stand to interact with a few more characters. So far he interacted only with Strong Bad, Strong Sad and Bubs I think. They could still try Coach Z-Homsar, King of Town-Homsar, Marzipan-Homsar, Homestar-Homsar, Strong Mad-Homsar, The Cheat-Homsar (The Cheat could use him in one of his flash-movies!)

I also kinda agree with the person who mentioned Coach Z. Although he IS used fairly frequently, so I wouldn't call him underused. But I wouldn't mind him used a bit more still, since he is my third favorite character coming in after Strong Bad and Homestar (whom I like almost equally much.)

And Strong Mad is pretty hilarious too, and kind of endearing. ('Hurray for Box!') Again though I'm not sure about his being underused.

Also, I would like to see a few more 20x6 versions of the characters. The only missing char in 1936 is Homsar so far I think. But most chars don't have a 20x6 version yet. And I am pretty sure we'll see 20x6 a few more times. ;)

No, seriously, Bubs.

I would like to see more of Homsar as well. But still mostly only in easter eggs. That way he is your reward for finding the egg. Also, yes, more 20x6 would be great! :homsar: :20x6:

Coach Z and Pom Pom. Mind you, I'm biased because Coach Z rocks. :coachz:

To everyone who said Homsar: the reason that Homsar is the least used (probably) of the main characters is that the spontaneous humour he relies on to be funny gets old if it's too frequent. Homsar E-mails would never work. The guy gets just the right amount of usage from TBC. He should be seen as a rare treat rather than an underused work of genius.

I agree on Homsar.

But still... Homsar doing ONE e-mail might be funny.

It could be kind of like that time that Homestar did an e-mail because SB wasn't available. Homsar comes in with his little 'bidibidibi' walking sound and sits down behind the computer, and ends up finally answering that question about how SB can type with boxing gloves on, in his own special little way.

That's Bubs, Strongstar. Check the teeth, dot eyes, and blue skin. I guess he does has his moments. "Read this, please." "Duck a l'orange."
Or his rendition of "Check it out." But I stand by my decision about Pom-Pom. At least Bubs got himself an E-mail about lunch specials. And had a surprising revalation that he could fly. Or float. Pom-Pom hasn't really had anything recently.

Maybe we should all sent SB an e-mail asking him if he has any interesting anecdotes about Pom Pom, because we don't seem to see him much. :)

Or heck, ask him if Pom Pom ever hangs out with Homsar.

Twice actually... One thanking her for the flowers she sent him whilst he was in the hospital and one message that just has him doing his DaaAAhaaaAA! thing a few times.

I like Homsar, and maybe he does need more inteaction. But I think he should stay as "The Easter Egg Man" It's always fun to see him pop up. Like in the Pumpkin Carve-nival, with his pumpkin.... or egg plant. You know what would be awesome! If the Brother Chaps made a game where you pick 2 main characters, and watch them interact. :P Although they would have to make 66 different mini movies......

That would be a pretty cool idea, and the movie part could be the same. Just one standing/talking animation for each char, and they'll always stand facing eachother. Only what they say would be different... Eh.. I guess that'd still be alot of work though... So I doubt TBS would be doing such a thing.

Anyway, my two cents on all chars, I noticed mentioned is as follows...

Coach Z :coachz: - Personally I'd say he isn't underused (I mean he DOES show up quite frequently). But wouldn't mind seeing more of him because he is cool.

Bubs  - Could be used more, but not TOO underused.

Pom Pom :pom: - I think the consensus is he IS really underused.

Homsar :homsar: - Shouldn't be overused, but a Homsar Easter Egg is always fun.

Strong Mad - Like Coach Z I do think he shows up too often to consider him underused, but he's pretty hilarious still.

King of Town :kot: - He is perhaps somewhat underused. Mmm.. maybe HE should show up in SB's basement sometimes too. SB wouldn't like that of course, but I'm sure that'd be the whole point.

In addition, I think it'd be kind of nifty for there to be an easter-egg featuring this guy :goblin: and this guy :cheat:

*I*'d think that'd be funny...

"That Goblin" is usually a holiday character. He's more special that way.

Just so you know, that smilin' guy isn't Bubs. It's an incredibly common smiley that you can find at just about any forum you go to. It's barely even a rough approximation.

Which is why I was asking who that was.

The goblin WAS in 'Where's the Cheat?'
But Cheat/Goblin interaction during a holiday movie would be great. Maybe some easter egg where they both do their little dance.
