I never really had anything like this. The closest experience I had was that I saw [[crazy cartoon]] before any toon with Bubs in it. So when Strong Bad says "Bubs would definitely be the voice of the wheelchair", I had no idea who he meant. I figured Bubs was a character on some TV show I didn't know coz I didn't have cable. |

I didn't really mess up any of the characters' names, but I did the opposite- I made odd judgements BASED on the characters' names, before I watched their character videos. Like, Coach Z was this big, mean coach guy (because his character page title was "DROP DOWN AND GIVE ME 50"), Pom Pom was a girl, and was also a cheerleader (because pom poms are carried by cheerleaders, and the Homestar talker said "Pom Pom and Strong Bad are totally going out"). XD I fail. |

I remember hearing Strong Bad say the name "Marizpan" and I didn't know who that was. I also didn't know what the word "marzipan" meant at the time. Then later, I saw a character with an "M" and wondered if that was Marzipan. Yes, I wondered if Strong Mad was named Marizpan. Needless to say, a little bit of watching cleared that up. |
