It would mainly consist of Pom Pom, and...er...Homsar? He might let Strong Sad in, but he'd probably get bored of Homestar's stupidity.

That depends...is he better than our current day president? Does he know how to handle taxes? Does he have a plan for the war in Iraq? Are his views on Stem Cells and Gay marriage reasonable (in other words, does he approve?). Does he even know what stem cells are? Does he acknowledge the existence of Global Warming? Is he a very intellectual person?

If the answer to at least 2 of those questions is yes (which I'd be surprised if there was) than he has my vote.
