Apparently it's too off topic or something.

Probably because a lot of the posts in there are feedback about some art and/or craft. Seems kind of useless to have them not count, though.

Post count isn't really that important. Although I don't see any reason for the posts in A&C not to count, either, the issue isn't exactly critical.

A&C was made 'cause forumfics were clogging up OSD. It was made to have unincremented post count because of all of the few-word posts commenting on peoples' work, often saying nearly the same thing as posts before them.
