I think that it would be useful to have the rights of regular users clearly stated. So I gonna take a crack at it. I greatly appreciate any suggestions. THIS IS NOT INTENDED TO CREATE NEW RIGHTS, JUST TO STATE CURRENT ONES.

1. You have the right to be respected.
2. You have the right to post responsibly.
3. You have the right to express opinions and ideas in a decent and responsible manner.
4. You have the right to communication with forum leadership.
