You know, at first the reaction was backlash, but as time goes on, I've had more and more people (mostly long time users) contact me saying locking RT and encouraging discussion in other threads was a good idea.

The reason why he isn't permabanned is because of the rules you guys help implement last year. You wanted a system, that gave warnings, and temp bans. A three strikes type model. I am following what the model says.

There was an Exception to the rule:

A General consensus by both the staff and users of a users general annoyance counteracts said system.
