I'm all for a separate "Media" subforum. And honestly? I don't think the admins are going to get very upset because there's a new place to post things.

I actually like this idea too. A "Media" subforum is a much better idea for a subforum than just one for video games, since it's not so specific that there wouldn't be a lot going on.

Umm it's called a subofurm. (/pretentious)

People, think about what would happen if we had a media subforum. Off-topic would just be RT, Pet Peeves, and the "What are you" threads. I don't think a subforum is entirely needed.

We should have Vidya Games but not media, Video Games are becoming a common topics but I can't say the same for movies or television shows.

It would have to be media, as it will invite discussion about TV shows, movies, Star Jones, and the latest musings of Dustin Diamond.

I don't think there should be TV discussion in there... if there's too much of that, there can be another media subforum. I think video game/console discussion could fill up a subforum just fine.

I'm honestly not seeing the reason to divide the sections up now. If people really want to have a non-video game thread in Off Subject Discussion, they can create or bump an older topic.
