Alright, so as most of you know, I was banned for using a "racial slur" to describe Asians. Specifically, right here. Now, let me point something out, first: I am not racist. Hopefully, you guys understand that. I consider all words to be what they are - words. I believe more in the meaning behind the way the word is said, rather than believing that any time the word is used, it is meant to be offensive. That's why I have no problem with "cursing". However, that's besides the point; I just wanted to clear any misinterpretation up.

My ban was instituted on May 20th, and I was scheduled to be unbanned on June 20th. Early June 20th, I contacted Stu and requested that I be unbanned. Here's that conversation:

Now, I could have understood if he had said "It's not friday everywhere". But no, it's because he doesn't "hang out here much". Now, I woke up a few hours later, and contacted him again. Here's THAT conversation:

Alright, at this point, I'm quite angry. This is something I consider to be an administrator picking and choosing. It's time for me to be unbanned - why not? Basically, because he doesn't feel like it.

Okay, so I wait for Ramrod to get online, and he unbans me right off. Cool.

Not even a DAY after I come back, I receive this message from Stu:

Ha ha, okay. Now, here's where I think, wait a minute. This is starting to sound like some sort of grudge. A threat? Ha, okay. How about banning everyone else who has used that word? How about banning everyone who has used, I dunno, any word that someone could Google, and get "inappropriate" results? Here's my reply:

Ha, okay, first off, I didn't remove it. Ramrod was the administrator dealing with your situation? What the heck does that mean? It's one administration, collectively doing one job. The whole point of having more than one administrator is, if one is offline, the other can take care of whatever the offline one can't do at the moment.

I don't really care if I'm under surveillance. I shouldn't be getting into trouble for things that aren't against the rules.

And, again, how about banning the words everyone uses on a nearly daily basis? I can guarantee you that at least once every other day, a word containing sexual innuendo is used on this forum. Why me, and why now? Oh, and Goatse is an internet slang term. So, yeah.

I haven't replied to this, as I was determined to get this into suggestions. I'm not trying to start any drama. I'm trying to bring to everyone's attention that Stu is a terrible admin. This may just be my personal experience, but it's a lot for just two days. And I know that some of you have a problem with him and the other KB admins ordering people around. It's ridiculous. And I've wished for it to be brought to public attention, and now, I have the chance.

Oh, actually, he JUST removed the occupation and interests, as I was typing this. So, there you go.

Yes he can. He's just one of the old school admins. The old admins were very black and white when it came to the rules of the forum. You either followed them to the letter or you got punished. All these rules are open for each mod's personal interpretation.

Hey, okay, here's the deal. We've actually been talking with Stu for the last day or so, more or less working on getting him up to speed on things. He admits to not being around like he used to, and he doesn't like being out of sync too too much. What I see with what happened here, Rusty, is that Stu was trying to do what he used to in helping things run better. I actually remember us the modmins getting upset over gostse in recent times, although apparently in more recent times we've been lax on the matter. I think we still would prefer people to not have it as some sort of their profile, but I mean talking about it sans linking is fine.

To everyone around the forum, the modmins are working hard lately to get ourselves on the same page on all the rules and workings of this place, we really are. We'd appreciate it if every little discrepancy did not merit public outrage. Things happen, like Stu coming back for a few days to see what's going on.

Not exactly. He believes that we should keep you accountable, or else unban Lahi. I don't see much of a problem with that.

A couple years ago, I definitely wouldn't know what goatse is, and I probably would've looked it up if I had read it in a profile field like that...

"A couple"? 28 is not a couple. And it was much longer than an hour, if you count second account and RT crap.

edit: Guys. On the "you don't know" thing. I've known what Goatse was since I was 10 years old. We can't shelter people from everything.
