Which do you think is most workable?

Option 1 - Lock RT and start fresh with a new one 44%  44%  [ 14 ]
Option 2 - Keep RT and add in the rules 16%  16%  [ 5 ]
Neither - Lock RT and don't make a new one 31%  31%  [ 10 ]

Problem comes when all activity moves to that thread, as has always ended up happening in the past, so that you have to read it to be an informed member of this community.

If you don't read RT, you don't know what's going on. People end up just posting in that thread and that's it. You don't know anything if you don't read it.
