Post subject:  Ten-point poll for toons

When I want to rate a toon, I want to have ten different poll options between 1 and 10 instead of 1 and 5. I think that the 1-10 mode is better because I can finally distinguish certain toons over others, even though they are both 3/5 or 4/5. What I mean is that I can rate toons more accurately.
I know that this means more options and more work, but I think it will be a step forward to more professionalism in our ratings. After all, it gives us more choices, which is better.

You could just round it, and then say your more specific rating in a comment.

I'm not really a fan of the polls in the first place, honestly. Also, I don't think the poll could include clever comments and quotes from the toon in question if you expanded it to 10. No way there's that many even pseudo-relevant quotes.

Okay, I guess that works for now, but I'd still rather use 1-10.

Clever comments aren't exactly essential to the poll, in my opinion.

First of all, clever comments are what make the polls interesting. A poll with no clever comments would be dullsville. In general I like the polls, even if they skew toward the top of the scale due to our being a fan site and all.

As for expanding the total number of choices, I don't think we need that level of nuance for the polls. If you're truly torn between two options you should pick the one that most fits and then, as DorianGray said, explain yourself in more detail in the comments.
