Man, it's refreshing to see some new activity here.

As for the spam, I believe that the admins are taking care of it.

There are no admins. The most recent activity by an admin was DorianGray, on May 28th, 2012. I've been on here at least once a week for the past long while just to see what sort of activity there's been, and there hasn't been anything. I've PM'd them, emailed them, trying to get a response... I've asked them to make someone active an admin, or even just a moderator, to get this place cleaned up... nothing.

It sucks seeing this place I used to love disintegrate. I think with some active leadership, some cool stuff could happen here with a few changes. *sigh* I'm not bitter or anything... just sad.

I miss this forum a lot. It was a huge part of who I was growing up and who I am today, and the people here were an enormous influence on me. The administrators - It's dot com in particular - did not seem to give a damn about how significant this community was to people like me and messed the whole thing up. It's silly to be bitter about something that happened on the Internet seven years ago, but that's how important this place is and was supposed to be. Maybe it all would have fallen apart anyways alongside Homestar, maybe not. I wish we'd have been able to find out.

Well now that HR and the forums are alive again (at least for now, as far as we know).. we should probably set the spam deletion as one of our #1 priorities, aswell as banning all those responsible.

Admins still haven't gotten back to me on that. I've posted on their talk pages on the wiki, sent them messages through here... I don't know how to get their attention, really.

Wow, no admin activity since 2012? I didn't notice that, I know some mods have still been around. I figured at least It's Dot Com was still around. I have a couple ideas for how to get ahold of them maybe, but I don't know.

I've come here a few times to delete spam posts in recent months/years, but apparently I'm not a mod anymore, none of the original ones are.

Hi, I think things have been pretty well cleaned out finally. I'll try to keep tabs on the forum better, though I can't promise anything, as I've got a lot of stuff in real life these days.
