Although I'm pretty sure I'm going to get nowhere with this, I just think that all the "Rocket Man" Spam Vault threads should seriously get deleted. It's bad enough that that stuff was once in the public forums, having it live on forever in the Spam Vault is almost worse.

I just feel that content like that is not acceptable anywhere, even in the Spam Vault.

I agree. I think I heard we ke3ep things in the spam vault so that when they are locked, they still count in your post count (though I may have misheard) but these posts were just unacceptable, and should get his post count down instead of up, somehow. plus, he's been banned.

In conclusion, I think spam should get deleted, and locked threads that were good should stay.

Does it really matter what happens to the threads that get locked. There are locked, done, over, end of story.

Yeah, but I think them just being there is kind of bad. Take it as if you were just browsing and found them accidentally. That would sure ruin my day.

We really need to get away from the topic of this guy. He was just a spammer, and now he's gone.

So yes, I do think all traces of him should be removed, so people can finally get on with their lives.

ya, if someones parents saw that while you were browsing it would make for an akward conversation trying to explain that wouldn't it?

Who browses the spam vault?

What a ridiculous pastime.

I do, when I'm bored. And this is just hypothetical.

i browse it, but anyway, i think they should be deleted, but we would have to have a standard that would separate good working threads that turned into a flame war or something, from the ones like whats his name made.

This was kind of what I meant. I don't want this guy's name to live on, because that's exactly what he would want. I just want all trace of him removed.

If you don't like what's in the Spam Vault, don't go there.

Problem solved.
