Not at the moment, but a tornado ripped through town last March.

That's unfortunate. As for where I am, there's 60 MPH winds, and our lights have been flickering, and it's been raining, and trees have been falling, etc.

I hate storms. X-(

Why are you on the computer?

No storm here.

This afternoon things looked pretty bad. Dark skies, brute winds and whatnot. It didn't amount to anything though...

We've been getting constant rain. A lot of coastal towns are having terrible storms.

YES.

Just as a warning, if I'm IMing you and I log off for no apparent reason with no warning, then a power outage happened.

Yes.

Well, I'm out, the Tornado Bros. are circling around my house again.

Not really. Pretty cold out for anything besides a wind/snow storm.

Well. The storm came through and destroyed the deck in my backyard. And knocked down trees and fences and broke a powerline also occupying my backyard. :-|

Nope, tomorrow it will be 76 and sunny.
Today it was pretty much the same.

I want your weather. Well, at least if it continues not to snow here.

I'll take it on with a Slurpee and a portable fan (preferably one with LEDs on the blades that display cool messages). >: D

The only problem is that I sunburn easily...

No, it hardly ever storms in San Diego. Well, it storms, but not a real storm like you midwest/east coasters are used to.
A storm for us is two inches of rain. Or lots of fires.

Oh. How do I do it? Give me some tips so I can go back and edit it.

EDIT: If you wanna see some cool pictures of cars crushed by trees as a result of California's currently devastating winter storm, this is the place for you. Or, watch the videos about it if you prefer.

Last night we had rippah winds tearin' all across the west coast. It was pretty harrowing. When the wind actually sounds angry, you know bad's a-brewin'. I woke up today to debris all over the roads, but nothing too major. No power outages or anything like that.

Maybe your storm travelled northwards, AbuGrape45, because the weather people have been warning of a moving storm.

Nope. Us South Carolinians usually get the backlash of the storms come to Florida and such.

Funny story. Almost promptly after I finished typing this post the power went out in my house. Guess the storm I experienced was more serious than I thought. Either that or some idiot ran their car into a telephone poll again...
