Actually, without the word "Is," it would not be a sentence, since it is the predicate.

Also, I picked is, because verbs are what you do.

I have no reason to favor one over the rest, so I'm just going to pick one using 1d8. For those of you who are wondering what to do with the spare number, the American spelling of the word 'favorite' counts as number 6 while the British spelling counts as number 8.

The result is 3, so I choose 'These'.
