I just give up.

I thought I could come here and make a fun little poll for people. Have some jokes, cut up some, all in good humor.

But if my 'fun and games' doesn't meet your 'by the book' standards, then I just give up then.

This is another reason why I feel alone on this forum. I'm a complete goofball, only serious when need be. Don't exactly go by the 'books' because not everything in the 'books' is fun.

But then again, I'll just learn to be alone here. I'll just stay in my own little corner and watch everybody else go by.

Considering this is a homestarrunner.com fan site, I dont think that you are the only goof ball. Trust me, anyopne who has ever gotten a pm from me knows what I'm talking about.

I agree with the oxford guys. I dont mean to sound rude, but get over it. I just happen to have the same opinion as them. I didnt read the dictionary and change all my opinions, but I certainly dont think that I have the authority to say that the lexicographers are incorrect.

I'm not trying to change your opinion, either, but I'm just helping you realize how this thread looks to others.

And by the way: this thread is a poll. It has already served it's purpose. No one is posting in it, except you and me, so it would be better to just let it die, and go visit other parts of the forum. Everyone here is really nice, compared to other forums, you just need to get to know them. If you dont want to feel alone here, then send a PM to Did he sell eggs?. Tell him to entertain you. Trust me, he'll do it.

BTW: Dont double post. If you have anything to say to me, send a PM.

It was fun while it lasted. Had a good conversation going. Don't know why it stopped.

But if anyone want's to try to pick this back up, go ahead. I'll be more than happy to keep it going.
