I'm pretty sure there are a few birth control items that you don't have in your wardrobe.
Like a few woman-oriented ones.

XD! And I'm having WAY too much fun picturing this wardrobe of his, and all his unique feminine hygenic products. XD

hey, when i say everything that isnt a pill, I mean everything that isnt a pill.

COLA, you disturb me in about 15 different ways.

Can we please get away from COLA and his stockpile of birth control items? Please?

No prob, Bob. (insert the little toastpaint emoticon here)

I'm in trouble if I ever have daughters. There's a "curse" in this family of sorts, because every family with two children in this family has two daughters, but I worry a little. I know NO good girl names. None. :P And the only names I can think of all come from or are closely reltated to video games. I'm a neeeerd...

Let me be the first to say what a girlish topic this is (not saying the guys here are a bunch of girls, just that babies are something girls rather talk about). :P

No, I don't know about any future babies and I shouldn't think of it now. I'm 19 and I'm not just going to throw away all my future studies and my future career by getting someone pregnant. Even the Chapmen waited until they were in their thirties, and then Mike got a baby.

Btw, doesn't anyone find it a bit creepy when your girlfriend has already planned out how many babies she's going to get and what names she's going to give them etc. etc? :P My ex did that.

Infact, I'll just put another :P here just so nobody takes this post too seriously.

I swear, if you name your daughter Zelda or Samus, either she is going to be the coolest kid in school, or the nerdiest.

If I have a girl one day, I'm naming her Samus and her middle name will be Aran.

It's not so much like were planning babies for straight away, wow.
No way.
Just a rough sort of idea. Like how when you're still at school, you plan on what you want to be when you grow up?
You're not gonna do it straight away.

What's probably scarier is having your girlfriends say in a not so subtle fashion....
"Honey, what do you think about a spring wedding?"
:P

I DEFINITELY want kids. At first I wanted 2, but now I think 3 is a good number.

This actually became an inside joke between me and my friends...

No way. I hate babies, and I can't stand being around little kids for more than 3 seconds without thinking that maybe gnawing my own leg off would be a more better way to spend my time. If I ever had kids, it would be ugly. I'd probably end up cutting their heads off. Yeah.

I actually like the name Zelda (or Griselda, if you want to get uber-fancy) for itself. It sounds very mystical, and it means "lucky" in Hebrew. Neat, huh? However, I'd never name a girl Samus. Because it's a made-up name, and if you know where it's from, it's instantly pegable. "Someone in your family likes video games, don't they?" However, Aran IS a real name, believe it or not. Just ask Behind the Name! And who doesn't love Merry Old Ireland?

Though since "Samus" sounds so much like "Seamus," it makes me wonder: Is she Irish? Man, an Irish-accented Samus kinda breaks my brain a little.

3 is a BAD number. Don't have three kids. Two of them are always going to pick on one, and then that one will grow up and kill the other two and then kill itself.

Why did I say that? I just sealed my fate as a killer...

just remember the olden days when fambilies would have SEVENTEEN! kids.

i suppose if a couple had an only child, and raised him/her properly, they would turn out all right. if not, they will be a spoiled little jerk-hole.

So true. It's usually (almost always) the youngest that get's picked on.

Unless that third one is an ill-advised mid-life crisis child born after the other two are almost entirely grown up themselves, in which case they're probably mature enough not to pick on their youngestest sibling, but then I start to worry about the parents. :P

I love talking about that kinda thing! 'cept I don't like to think of 'um as babies, but as both young children and angst ridden teenagers. 'tis fun...

Yeah, I always found it a bit creepy. I'm not sure about you, but I don't quite think I'm ready for the three kids she was always talking about. She had the names planned out and everything.

Um... of course that should creep you out. It's really self-centered (red flag). What if the other person has name ideas, too? I only remember one instance of parthenogenesis... other than that it kinda takes two.

Although if you and your significant other have radically different name ideas, it can lead to some awkward names. Like I said, if I ever have a son, he's going to have the most awkward name ever, because whatever it is it's gonna be paired with "Nicodemus."

I might adopt at one time or another, but that is doubtful.

2 or 3. Kids would be like a life long project, that you always have to work on and watch over, but you really enjoy.

Well, you still would need to apply some pressure to them. Kids sometimes need a kick in the rear to get going.

Agree'd. Although it's important to have motivation, I don't understand why some parents are sooo harsh on their kids because they get maybe one C. And especially if they're doing all their homework! Don't hate, get the kid a tutor and be supportive!

Heck yeah, but only like two. Mebbe three.

I'm so definitely raising 'em to be preps. For reals. They're gonna be the coolest little toddlers in the preschool.

Twins would be even cooler. Not triplets though.

EDIT: And any baby girl I end up with will totally be named Alexandria. That's about all I got planned.

I find it awkward on so many levels that Cybernetic's real name is Alexandria and she created this thread...
