It's the round, small candy fight! This includes all flavors and types. (The fight is between Skittles and M&Ms because those are the most popular small round candies.)

I chose Skittles because they have so many awesome fruit flavors.

Skittles. I mean, I really like M&M's, but a handful of Skittles can become a chunky roof-of-your-mouth wad that slowly dissolves in fruity bliss. 'Tis good, and M&Ms can't do that.

Smarties > Skittles > M&Ms. Smarties have better quality chocolate and a better chocolate-to-candy ratio. Skittles are pretty cool too.

For a minute I thought you meant the small, sweet, pastel colored smarties. I don't like those European chocolate smarties as much as M&Ms, the coating has too much of a taste.

I personally like skittles best.

How can you guys choose FRUIT flavor over CHOCOLATE?!

I'ma have to go with Skittles on this one. I mean, I like chocolate and all, but come, Skittles people! Skittles are colourful, fruity, chewy after awhile and they embody more variety. ChickenLeg makes a good point too, eating a whole bunch of Skittles at once always creates that fruity burst sensation you can bet is good as tasting a rainbow. Mmmmm mmm mmmm!

That's even less of a contest than swings vs. slides. Skittles would win even if they were hindered by duct tape in some hilarious way.

As much as I like chocolate, Skittles taste better. I like to eat them five at a time.

Why does everyone hate M&Ms? I'm totally with the M&M group. Skittles are good, but I don't like 'em as much as EMINEMS. No, not the rapper. That guy sux. BTW, sour Skittles PWN regular Skittles. Just like sour gummies PWN regular gummies.

I love chocolate, but M&Ms taste like crap to me. And Skittles are good to.

Oh, another reason Skittles wins is the whole thing is candy. It's not part candy and part color-dye-shell.

The mint ones are really nice. Basically, like crunchy mint chocolate. If you like mint chocolate, you'll like these.

It has got to be Skittles. I like M&Ms, but for the same reason as a lot of people, I just love the blast of flavor one can get from eating a handful of Skittles.

I had some skittles bubble gum today. It was pretty awesome. But, I guess it only tasted really great for a little while, then I was just chewing gum that tasted faintly like skittles.

Tough contest. I guess I'll go with M&Ms for the sole reason that they pwn as an ice-cream topping (especially M&Ms minis). Unlike M&Ms, though, Skittles actually taste different depending on their color.

Gah, good God no. I hate Fruit Loops, so I wouldn't really know if they actually taste different. You're right about the M&Ms though, I guess a wider range of flavours doesn't really matter. I gotta admit, I do like that crunch!
