I'm not watching it at all, but if I was in America, I'd be watching it for the ads. So that's what I voted.

Neither. I don't care enough about football to watch when the Pats aren't playing, and most of the time I don't even watch then, and the superbowl isn't much different.

(Heh heh, Firefox tells me to change superbowl to superb owl)

What sports do you have besides hockey up there?

Commercials FTW. No question.

Except when the Broncos are playing.

Is that a joke? I'm in Australia, like my location says. Definitely not Canada.

We have cricket and four different varieties of football, by the way.

No, I live in southern Australia.

Woah there guys! This calls for a TOASTPAINT!

Anyways, I watch both. Everyone talks about both of them. They're both cool.

I think there should be a halftime show choice for some people. Not me. I barley know who Prince is.

Both, the commercials are awesome, but I can see those later on TV anyway, I only see the Super Bowl once a year. To date, I've seen every commercial that I saw first during the Super Bowl somewhere else, except a few that I didn't like anyway...

I voted "the game, of course", but that was before I saw the 'both' option.

So yeah, both.

The commercials are overrated.

Mostly the game.

Then why mention hockey?

Yeah, okay, toastpaint.

I never actually watch because I don't give a crap about football, but if it is on when I am at someone's house I just watch the ads.

Both. Though the commercials this year weren't exactly the greatest.

I spent most of my time playing GH II while at a Superbowl party, but the time I did spend in front of the tv was mostly dedicated to the ads.

Don't watch football. And I love me a good commercial. So yeah, the commercials, though I didn't get to see most of them this year. The beard comb-over was weird. I've seen better commercials during the year.
The question is, do TV companies make good commercials rarer so they stay good, or do we only think they are better because we don't see them as often? I voted for the first, but definately, a funny commercial on too much becomes not funny. Like the cavemen.
Toastpaint! sorry

Well the Bud Light ads were as good as always. Go Daddy didn't disappoint, either.

Yeah, but they weren't as good as they usually are. There were like, no Pepsi commercials at all.

That's because Pepsi took an enmormous amount of faith in Sierra Mist.

Personally, I liked that Coke commerical. They always know how to put in old songs.

"I'd like to buy the world a coke..."

Game..
There's no other reason to watch.

If there was no game, there'd be no commercials.

Looks like I have to edit my post. Unless, I'm talking about next year... Nah.

I also have never watched it, being in Australia (though it is on SBS).
But I have seen the commercials.
Hooray!

I hate football. People are to obsessed with it now (in America I'm talking about). Soccer is muchos better.

So, commercials. Although if there is a band you like playing a concert during the Super bowl, that's what you should go see. That's what I did.

If you are going to watch the super bowl you might as well pay attention to the game. If you don't know a lot about football, you might learn something, and the game is the most important part.

Okay, but the game didn't. That's what matters.
