So, if you were a mod or admin, you got a pm and all the privileges of being a mod or admin, more towards the mod though.

What would be your first order of business?

I'd reply and say "Punk! You GOTZ to be outta yo GOD-DANG MIND! You know I only really hang out around the R&P forums, and I'm not the most objective and fair-minded poster out there, even though I often try. I can't do this crap!"

I would intelligently and responsibly only do what's best for this environment. That's what I already do on FFC, since I'm a mod there. ^_^

I would probably do the responsible thing, mostly in hopes that I wouldn't lose the spot. (I would, however, be fighting to click that little edit button for many :p )

Edit: Stu rules! 8D

I'd probably be a good mod. However, if it only happened for a day or so, I might switch a few usernames around.

I voted that I'd change the usernames. Realistically, I'd prolly do the responsible thing, but I'm never gonna be a mod anyway so it's a moot point.

I wouldn't do anything irresponsible, for fear of getting demoted. But I'd hope someone would post something innappropriate just so I could mod them and see how it feels. Ahh, power. And new buttons I can't even see as a non-mod.

I wouldn't do anything bad, I've had admin powers before (On a Lutheran forum), and I "Used my powers for awesome" In the words of one of the mods.

The responsible thing of course. It'd be a pretty big honor to be offered such a position and I'd hate to insult someone's judgement by being an idiot about it.

I would completely edit all posts to include pro-DUA propaganda.

I would definitely act responsible if I had mod powers.

I'd be responsible and such, too. Yeah, I'm boring :p

Wha, you mean here or anywhere? If I modded in a more rambunctious place, you best expect a little tinkering. At a place like this, though, where there's too many different personalities, mods gotta be stable and relatively predictable. I'd shift to robo-mode when it came to doing mod stuff.

I would refuse, I'm not fit to become a mod/admin.

I would have to say the name changing. Heh, I would suck to be your admin.

I don't see how mod/admin powers would put you in a better position to do that, really.

Well, it gives a bit of backing to attempts to keep the groundlings in order when things get out of hand. While keeping things nice and open is good, somebody has to stand up for others when the general populace fails at maintaining order and self-policing. If everything's in order within reason, people tend to be happier and more content, and hence less leavings.

It's something to shoot for, right? ;)

I'd do what was asked of me.

I wouldnt really do anything. I'd just put a litte title under my name like [s]"dead mod"[/s] "the resurrected bwave".

I'd use my powers only in the way they were intended. [strike]Except on April Fools' day[/strike]. Though I'm an admin on another (Proboards) forum, and it's really tempting to mess around with people's profiles. I restricted myself to messing around with my sockpuppet's profile, but that's no fun.

I would "Neglect the citizens of forumopolis and only reap the glory of having that position." only because I am too lazy to do anything.
As you see, I am hardly ever bothered to even sign in.

I'm sorry ramrod, but that has been so overdone, if you're a mod or admin you don't need to vote in here.

I would probably post even less.
Don't know why, but when I'm a mod, I tend to post less and read more.

I guess, but then there's noobligation, I mean, no obligation to respecting the mods, some jerks who wouldn't mind getting banned just would do whatever they want, so thus, you can't keep a tight lid on that forever.

I'd quickly refuse the position because of my fear of not being responsible for what I am supposed to do quickly works me up.

I'm like that.

Oh dangit. I chose other, but I really meant to do the intelligent and good thing for this environment. Why is it in the middle? Shouldn't it be at the top or bottom considering the rest are doing some evil mod powers?

Being a mod would mean being responsible, and being mod would mean you have authority. I wouldn't want to lose my authority, so just being the responsible mod is just as awesome.

Fixed for truth. And I'm not joking around. I don't see any parlors of frozen cream around here. 'Cept for those speakeasies 'round back.
