The infamous debate from my history class, which has since carried over to the Bonus Stage Forums.

I'd say Joan.

Santay Clause! I mean, what's not cool about an old man with a big beard riding over the houses with presents for everybody? (and the fact that he doesn't exist)

I like St. George because he became a saint for killing a fictional animal. In fact, it's likely he was fictional himself.

JOLLY RED PIRATE!
Nobody that awesome, taking toys from elves and giving them to children could be a ninja, period. PIRATES!

I voted Santa, I sat in his lap numerous times in my younger days.

You clearly have not considered the situation in it's fullness.
First off, nobody ever sees Santa, but he manages to enter every single familie's home within a few hours.

Let's racap that a bit:
1. High stealth.
2. Access to everywhere.
3. Capable of extremely swift movement.
4. Functions at night.
5. Blood-red attire.

Also, conversely, I shall consider it if he were a Pirate. I do not doubt that a pirate could enter a home at will, but he would do more of the sort of "do damage to the walls" method instead of "tracelessly up and down a chimney". Also, when this Pirate Santa made it indoors, if he were truly a pirate, he would not *give* us anything, but would *pillage* and *plunder* and *knock over the milk and have some rum*.

So, as we see here, Santa is clearly been demonstrating ninja-like behavior, and in following of the sacred logical form of Modus Pwnens:

Demonstration of ninja abilities -> Being a ninja
Demonstration of ninja abilities

Therefore, Is a ninja.

He is cool too.

But the debate is SOLELY between Joan of Arc and Santa Claus.

But why would a ninja give us non-lethal presents? Your argument has come back against you. I propose the third option that he is neither, but instead is an obeese, bearded Tim Allen.

Joan of Arc supposedly talked to God and definitely killed a lot of people. Santa Claus manages to give presents to way more many kids than he should be able to reach and travels all across the country in one night. On a FLYING SLEIGH.

So he wins.

St. Nicholas. He spent time in the clink for Assault and Battery for punching Arius the Heretic in the face at the Council of Nicea.

And I can personally relate. There were a few council meetings at Faith last year where I certainly wanted to punch a heretic or two in the face.

St. Nick is also, if I recall correctly, the patron saint of thieves.

Plus, bros before hoes.

But oes he? I'm fairly certain that the vast majority of things dealt out are significant choking hazards, not to mention all the foodstuffs are not likely to be healthy. But, that point aside, I think that we're simply not trying hard enough to use them the way he's intending them for :p

Except your third proposal is quite intriguing.
