Ok I was wondering if zombies rise up from the dead what would your plan be to escape them?
My plan is: To round up all the survivors and then go to alaska because the zombies would freeze O:

I have the Zombie Survival Guide, so what I'll need to do is build a giant fortress in the woods with ten foot high steel walls, a bicycle powered generator, and a greenhouse, all at least 100 miles from civilization.

Oh, and there needs to be a well there. That I will dig myself.

2: Build self-contained fortress compound
3: Wait
4: ???
5: Profit!

Oh, and airdrop copies of the Zombie Survival Guide on all major cities.

All that a really cold place will do is freeze you to death unless you are COMPLETELY CERTAIN you have enough supplies and such. You'd be surprised how fast you can run out of food up north in wintertime. It's best to fortify your home, or like my plan, build a fortress in the woods somewhere.

Working an angle off of what DG said about vampires:

what if the vampires and the zombie attack at the same time? Would the vampires try to keep humans alive for their food, or do you think they could live off zombies? Or would we just be overall screwed?

Zombies are (un)dead, so thy don't have blood, so the vampires would need to kill all the zombies somehow, and while thats happening we get all the garlic, and anti-vampire stuff, then after the V-Z war, we destroy the weakened vampires.
