Oh, I'm pretty much immune to that now. 15 minute loop of "Cats on Mars", 30 minute loop of the 8-second title theme to Excitebike, 4 hour loop of Caramelldansen... I'm pretty much impervious to repeated sounds. Of course, I do like all of those songs, but it helps in training anyway.

Meanwhile many songs exist where I've listened to soley them on repeat for a few hours, and haven't yet gotten tired of them.

Length of time is inversely proportional with the goodness of the song.

For me, it depends on the song. If it's anything rap/hip-hop, I can't stand more than 80 seconds (that's a minute and 20 seconds if you're stupid) of it.

Normally, if a song pops up that is not in my circle of super-favorites, I'll skip past it immediately. However, if I'm using it as background noise while doing something else, I'll let it play the entire time.

The thing is, I listen to songs I do like for ages (well, the whole way through at least. (can't really do more than that (unless, I guess you listen to it a few times))).
If I don't really like a song first time 'round, I usually don't listen to it again, and will only hear it on the radio or at a party.
But what I've realised is that songs can grow on you, or even more, they can be perfect in certain situations.
Example, I pretty much hate P!atD, but just last night I heard I Write Sins Not Tragedies at a party, and I couldn't help but sing along with everyone. It was great.
That's my answer, I said 4 minutes, seeing as that's the average length for your average pop song.

Oh, also, if it absolute bull honkey, I will hate it, no matter what.

Yeah, that song annoys me from the initial "YOOOOO!"

If it's a song (like that one) that I already know I don't like, I'm annoyed right from the start. If I don't like it because it's terrible, it takes less than a minute. If I don't like it because it's repetitive, it takes however long it is to figure out how repetitive it is. If I'm just average on a song, it'll take like 8 minutes to start to be annoyed. If I like a song, I could go hours. My musical attention span is not short at all, excluding the stuff I don't like.
