I like Napoleon Dynamite, but for a war category, I'd say Enemy at the Gates. Saving Private Ryan was allittle too gory in the beginning. That poor poor one armed man.

I'm pretty sure we've done this one already, but oh well. My favorite movie is Amélie, because it's just a beautiful, incredible movie and make me happy every time I watch it. |

I'll need some time to really think about it, but off the top of my head I'd say either Life is Beautiful (so funny, touching and sad at the same time) or Finding Nemo. Edit: I just remembered (due to Seethroo's post) that my boyfriend and I used to have an inside joke that my favourite movie is Bloodsport. It started because an old French lady I used to work with said that was her favourite movie. I thought that was pretty funny. |

It's really hard to choose a favorite overall movie, as opposed to favorite movie of a certain genre, but I'd have to go with.... Ocean's Eleven. I've seriously got to say that this is the best movie I've seen, mainly because the way they revealed the plan was genius in my eyes, and seeing it after the original just made the new one better.. |

Hmm... well, for a long time it's been Mel Brooks' "Spaceballs", but now that I've seen Napoleon Dynamite, it might overtake Spaceballs as my favorite. |

I heard that there was gonna be a movie, but I didn't know what the name was going to be. But first he's producing a remake of The Producers starring Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane based on the broadway musical. It will be directed by Susan Stroman, who directed and chorographed the broadway version. I love the original film with Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder, but I admit I'm excited. |

I do, but it's an Italian movie.  Good thing I took that in high school too, huh?
Ocean's Eleven is great, I think. I also really like Snatch, for many of the same reasons (the camera work, Brad Pitt  ). It's a hilarious movie, if you can get past the swearing and figure out what Brad's character is saying (here's a hint - turn on your TV's closed captioning!).

I really liked Elf, with Will Ferrel. Sure, its a kids movie, but it was so cute, and had a lot of grown-up humour too. Like the gift for that special someone! And the best line: I'm a big cotton headed ninny muggins! |

I love any Mel Brooks movies. With Blazing Saddles and Spaceballs being one and two, but no particular order. The conversations in those movies are so funny. "So when will then be now?" "Soon!" |
