Does anyone remember Zombies Ate My Neighbours? The little axe-wielding dolls in that game are annoying. And they just keep respawning with a really crappy maniacal laugh. EDIT: Ooh, whaddaya know? A TOTPD!!

The most annoying boss to fight in my whole experience in video gaming has to be fighting evil Riku in Kingdom Hearts, in Hollow Bastion (2nd time). His attacks are powerful, and his special moves are practically impossible to defect, especially where he goes all invincible and flies around the place. And Donald and Goofy aren't there help you! He also has tons of hp. It took me maybe 50 tries to beat him, and there's also a looooooooonnnnnnnnggggggggg cutscene before, and your not alowed to skip those. Kingdom Hearts may seem like a dumb kid game, but it's actually a very good game. It has the length, drama, difficulty, enough mini-games so your not stuck on just one thing, multiple things to collect (but not too many like Final Fantasy). It also has great graphics! |

While not exactly a boss, I'll have to say the Pit of One Hundred Trials from Thousand Year Door has to be at or near the top of my list. I mean, no help, no good items (for cheap at least), and no saving. Just to do it, I had to sit there for four and a half hours straight. And then, once you drag yourself to the bottom, you've got stinkin' Bonetail to deal with!!! Not fun, not fun at all. |

Some of the worst I know are: Chozo Ghosts (Metroid Prime) Minion Brutes (Neopets: The Darkest Faerie) Moon Clefts (Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door) Anything with poison (Paper Mario, Golden Sun, Pokémon, etc.) And then there are bosses... Some bosses need to just curl up and die... |

I hate the zombies in Resident Evil 4. They do almost nothing, just walk up to you, wait a minute or so. . . . then MAYBE take a swing at you with that axe. They're way to easy to kill, one shot to the head will take them down. In the Spongebob Movie game, the jellyfish. You never know if you're close enough to hit at em, and if you're too close, ZAP! there goes half your energy. In Mario Kart DD and DS, the CPU guys cheat SO BAD. Right at the end of the race, they'll miraculously gain a giant speed boost and win the race. In Super Mario Strikers, the other team is SO FRIKKING EASY TO BEAT. In the first minute, you can easily score 12 points against them. In Incredibles Rise of the Underminer, the robots that have the giant chainsaws, because you can't punch them or bye bye handie, and if you're playing as Mr. Incredible, the CPU Frozone takes too long to freeze them. |

Actually, I found Bonetail kinda easy. Here's what I did: I put Flurrie up in front and used her HP sucking attack, as well as setting bonetail on fire. I used Piercing Blow on him for max hammer damage. I recovered with Sweet Feast, and used Supernova as much as possible near the end. No Life Shrooms needed, even! So yeah, mostly just long because of all his HP. So my votes: -ReDead from Zelda *shudder* In their first appearance, in OoT, they're not so bad. But in MM, you can't kill them. They just revive. Thank goodness for the Gibdo mask... and in WW, you can't avoid their shriek attack! ARGLEBARGLE! -Any airborn dropping-stuff-on-you enemy from a Zelda game. Nearly impossible to kill and so frickin' irritating. -Ditto on the Chozo Ghosts. I mostly just run from them where I can. -Same game, different enemy: Fission Metroids. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGBLBLBLBLBLBLBL! If you could kill them before they split with anything short of a Power Bomb, I wouldn't mind. But they continuously spawn, they're hard to kill effectively, and they chase you all over! They were going to eat me for lunch before I even got to the final boss! Mostly, I settled on this plan: Run from them, and when they gang up on me, Power Bomb. I managed to make it to the boss without too much damage. If you couldn't tell, I hate those Fission Metroids more than any enemy in any other game ever. |

Do you know this guy? This is bizzaro Sephiroth. If your party was fairly high leveled he was no problem, but if you weren't he was near impossible since he used bizzaro cure every 5 seconds. I had to start a new game because of him! But on my second time through it was easy. Still, redoing FF7 because of one boss is pretty annoying. |

What? You guys haven't played FF7!?! If your are a Final Fantasy fan you should definitely get it. Bizzaro Sephiroth was the second to last boss, Safer Sephiroth was the last boss. Alexander, you should at least get it if you call yourself a FF fan. It's only $15 so if you have any money you can. |

Though I still would like to get the game, there is something that concernes me. Is there any swearing in this game? I have played FF X and that did, so does this game have it? |

Oh...I never thought about that...Yes, there is moderate swearing in the game, more so then FF10. But it is written, no voices. My parents would not have let me get it at the time if they knew what was in it. If that is your concern, don't worry, be discreet. It really isn't that bad.

Guardians are one of the easiet ones... I'd have to say ANYTHING in Metroid Prime: Hunters that shoots a magmaul is VERY ANNOYING. VERY. In Zelda boes are ANNOYING AS HECK. THEY ARE EASY TO BEAT, BUT ANNOY THE EVER LOVING CRAP OUT OF YOU. SORRY FOR CAPS.

![]() I thought so, I've also heard there are various adult themes hinted in the dialogue. No FF VII for me then, I can't take swearing in anything. I suppose I'll just play the Nintendo published ones. *goes to play tatics on GBA* Annoying enemy of the day, Thradus on Hard Mode in Metroid Prime. I have over 45 missles and five energy tanks, yet I've faced him over 3 times and have yet to beat him. I suppose practice is the best way to defeat him. |

Thardus just makes me laugh. I see him and I can't help but think of Galaxy Quest: "Garignak! Garignak!" I like Boes. They reminds me of the cute little Soot Spirits from Spirited Away.
Irritating enemy: Those big, chunky pirates from Rayman 2/Rayman DS that stomp on you. You can't kill them conventionally, so you have to lure them over a ledge, but it's so hard. However, I suppose it's worth it when you throw plums on their heads. |

Did anybody here ever play earthworm Jim? Well I did when I was eight and the first boss was this fat cat-thing who spewed fish from its mouth. Not only was it to hard to beat, but it scared me so much I had nightmares about for 3 months and had to have my dad smash the game with a hammer. Talk about inconvinence... |

Huh. Annoying? No one has mentioned the Eggplant Wizard from Kid Icarus? Wow. The guy was so darn annoying. He just kept turning you into an eggplant so you had to get help from a nurse. And those nurses are often so far away... I hate those guys SO much! |

And of course, as long as we're doing variations on a theme here, those mushroom guys in EarthBound are REALLY annoying. They mess up your walking and you have to find some stupid healer guy who's in the hospitals. And those things are always SO FREAKIN' FAR AWAY FROM WHERE YOU ARE, OF COURSE. Okay, catch my breath. Anyway, yeah. |

Thardus is nothing, even on Hard Mode. It's that blasted Omega Pirate you gotta watch out for. And that long stretch of no save stations in the Phazon Mines between entry and the power bomb. That thing is freakin' harsh. The final bosses on Metroid Prime 2's hard mode gave me a hard time, too. Expecially since I didn't know for a while that you could just "continue" after the Ing fight to skip to Dark Samus. |
