There is no way this has been ABP'd. I chose the "only in my house" option.

NO.

I could never kill anything for any reason other than self-defense or food. No insect or "creepy crawlie" has ever hurt me, and I prefer my food cooked, usually. >_> And I get really upset if I see anyone try to kill one in my presence, too.

Besides, one of my favorite pets was a locust... ye gods, I miss him.

If it's a bug in my house, you sure as crap can bet I'm gonna kill it! If it's outside of my house, I might kill it, depending on what kind it is. If it's a spider or a centipede, I'll probably squish it, but if it's an ant, I'll leave it alone.

There is no "burn 'em" option.

I only squish them if they're in my house. Outside, they're in their habitat, they have a right to be there. Even though they don't know better, they shouldn't be in my house, so I usually kill them (Sometimes I let them outside)

No. Unless it's really annoying. Like a bee or a fly flying around and bothering you. I squish those guys if I can catch them, which I never can. Some ants on the ground, doing nothing to harm anyone? Leave those guys alone; they work hard!

I haven't really killed any, except for hornets... and I probably would kill spiders but I can't, I have severe archanaphobia. If a bug is in my house, I help it, even a misquito was trying to get outside today, so, I grabbed it, opened the window, and let it out. I only killed insects as a young child.

Not usually... I'm more of the freak-out-and-run-away kind of girl.

Last week, there was a ginormous bumblebee in my room. It was not cool.

If there's a bee flying around my head trying to make another nest in my hair, then I'ma swatting at the thing. Otherwise, it's either I shoo them outside, or my cat becomes a hunter. She has a losing record against them...

I never squish bugs unless they are actually, like, attacking me.
If they are just going through, then no.

No. Absolutely not. And that stands for all creatures. Unless in self defence or food.

I believe that God created everything for us to enjoy and care for. I think it's wrong to kill something that isn't harming you.

Only mosquitos, but that can be considered self-defense. Otherwise, I let 'em be, and if they're really pesky, I'll blow them gently away.

Squashing bugs is a nasty thing to do. And I don't want it on my concience.

Nah, I've got nothing against bugs, although I imagine I've been squarshing quite a few in my recent backyard project. In the house I used to kill spiders on a regular basis, but I stopped it when I realized they did a good job getting rid of the other critters.

Nope. [s]I just yank their legs off.[/s]

Nah. The only ones I kill are gnats. Mosquitos and such. Some of you may think I shouldn't, but well, in where I live, mosquitos are a real pain at summer.

I never kill bugs. I am a hunter and I kill doves, deer, turkeys, and little rabits, but I eat everything I kill. Some people enjoy crushing the life out of harmless insects. I for one, don't. Now if it is a venomus spider like a blackwidow then I would. But if I find a bug in my house I just take it outside.

I don't really know what I do... I don't really care whether I squish them or not. I guess I usually just look at the bug and say "meh". Even if it's in my house.

I definitely squish bugs in my house. But only in my house. Or in someone else's house. Or at work. Or indoors. Outside, I just run away.

I only ever kill wasps. With big books. THUNK. Wasp guys on the wall.

...I friggin' HATE wasps. Mosquitos, too, feel the wrath of my squashing hand. Centipedes meet the bottom of a shoe more ofthen than not.

But if I kill any other bugs, I feel like a bad person. I accidentally washed a potato bug down the drain and felt bad because I didn't try and rescue it from the sink. I usually leave bugs alone in my house, but if I rescue them from something like the sink or the bathtub or a puddle of water, I let them back outside.

It's only when bugs are crippled, glued to the floor with their own inside goo that I squish them. It's just too sad watching them wiggle in pain.

One time , when I was outside, my arm scratched and I reached down and just grabbed this huge wasp. I couldn't tell what it was at first, and when I looked at it it was all squggling around, and I threw it in the air and screamed and ran away like a little girl.

Yeah, I admit it - I kill bugs indiscriminately. I'm trying to not do it so much nowadays, though. Kinda get guilty about it, you know. :((

I'm usually too scared of big bugs (like big ol' Hawaii cockroaches) to squish 'em, but little ants or whatever I'll squish. I don't get close enough to spiders to squish them. And if a spider decides he wants to be in my room (or any room), I give him his privacy until my dad can go squish him.

Wow. What a lot of obnoxious people. Do you people actually *think* about the fact that you're killing something for no reason?

Of course I don't kill them. Anywhere.
