This may sound odd, but how much do you wear your seatbelt? Mine is always.

Like most people (I think), I always wear it. I mean, why not? There's no reason not to.

I always wear a seatbelt. Not wearing it is stupid and pointless and likely to get you killed.

While I'm curious about life after death, I am also afraid of the pain before it. And I really wouldn't like to face it in my life.

So I try to keep myself safe as much as possible.

Life after death is pretty cool. There is a shortage of napkins, though.

I always were a seat belt.

I always wear one. Even if I'm crammed in the back seat. They're there for a reason.

I just do it out of reflex. I don't even think about it.

Looks to me that everyone wants to wear seatbelt in order to thwart injury or death.

Not me! I wear it as a fashion statement. Even when I'm not in the car, if I'm in a seat, I've got a seatbelt on.

I used to have a belt that was a seatbelt. It was cool. I wonder what happened to it?

I wear mine all the time. I can only think of a few instances where I haven't, like when I'm just backing the car out of the garage into the driveway, or if I'm packed into a car with lots and lots of people. Which no one should ever do. And which I don't do anymore now that I'm a grown-up.

I picked "most of the time" but the more accurate answer would be 99% of the time. If I'm crammed into a seat next to a car seat, I'll try to put it in, but I won't make a real effort unless we're going on a relatively long ride. And if we're just driving the distance from my school to my house or less (approx. 3-4 blocks) then I might skip it.

Always, always, always. Cars are deathtraps enough as it is without factoring in not wearing a seatbelt.

Always always always.

And if anyone else is my car, I'm like the Mother Hen making sure that everyone else is belted up too.

Hah. I always hear that up here in Mass. It's the safety slogan or something.

Seriously, though. Not wearing your seatbelt is like asking to get thrown through your windsheild.

That's me, minus the Mother Hen part.

Everyone should wear it all the time.
The only time I don't is if I'm shifting the car from one side of the driveway to the other so my parents can get their car out.

Even if my boyfriend as I are driving to his place from his mate's house (which is only around the corner we do. It's plain safety folks.

I always buckle up. Even when it's a 5 minute drive through my neighborhood, it's a habit to me.

I do out of habit, even if I'm just backing the car out. In fact, even if I'm just sitting there, I sometimes forget to unbuckle.

I usually only put on my seatbelt if the car is going onto the highway. Other than that I need to see someone else do it, or be reminded to put my seatbelt on.

There was a really cool song on Seasame Street (Canadian version...yes, they did have one) that was part-French, part-English about this very subject...

"You've got to buckle-up, buckle-up, buckle-up, buckle-up...bouclez vos ceintuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure!"...I think that's how it went...

So, yeah. DO IT. SCarmy's orders!
