What I mean is,
I don't believe in them. Or the mystical powers they are supposed to have.

Profanity = cursing and stuff.

If someone sent me a letter telling me about some family in a plane and told me to send it to forty other people, I'd send it to twenty.

He said it as an adjective. No problem, though.

It's not that I don't believe in them, it's that they're FAKE. If they were real, my mom would have died 36 times by now, I would have seen 3 different girls in my room with red eyes and "BUKKAKE BUKKAKE" carved into their chest, and random people, usually faceless girls named Summer, would have slit my throat about 47 times. I would have lost all luck in love about 3 times, and the person I liked would have hated me for my whole life 7 times.

So, no. They're fake, and only made by people who need lives and love spamming Youtube, though lately the real disease infecting Youtube has been not chain letters, but links to those sites. You know the sites I mean.

I don't believe in them, and neither should you.

I actually participated in one once, but it wasn't one of these "cursed" internet ones. It was an actual snailmail letter, the point of which was to break a record or something. There was no curse message, just a "o hey this is a chain letter we're trying to break a record" thing.

I got one in third grade and didn't respond, thinking "If this is real, I just rule6ed them over."

No, I don't believe that chain letters exist. :p

But seriously, I don't believe 'cursed' chain letters have any real power in most cases.

Regarding the other kind of chain letters: Scams, the whole lot of them.
If your son/daughter is dieing, then why does *insert company name here* need 100,000,000 people to email about it before they can help you?
1) There is no way to track that many emails, particularly when they split into ten directions each time they are sent.
2) All that emailing doesn't help pay for hospital bills.
3) The child could die in the time it takes the chain to circulate to the point the company said they would take action.
They are all just companies trying to trick people into thinking of them as protectors of the underdogs. Cheap advertisement, plain and simple.

And don't get me started on that one about Ronald McDonald bashing the Tacobell Dog with a bat.

I'm trying to remember where I saw this flash toon about refusing to forward emails. I think the toon was called Soapbox, but the website escapes my memory. The loading screen was a milkshake...

Chainmail is a total waste of time. All it does is annoy people.
THEY'RE WITCHCRAFT.

I only believe the ones in the Youtube comments. After all, if they're every other reply in popular videos, then shouldn't they be real? They made their point to me: I must go forward one of them to a few of my friends now. My mother is very sick, and if I don't send out the message to 25 of my friends in the next three seconds, her head may explode.

Nope, I don't believe in them; I find them to be more annoying than anything.

Well...maybe those ones in the older shows like All in the Family are real. Yeah, those ones must be.

Hold Alt, close your eyes, and type FXEY. When you open your eyes, your crush will appear on the screen! It actually works!

I had forgotten about it until today, though, so it wasn't that important.

I got one of those once too. I wrote my name on it and stuffed it in my neighbor's mailbox.
