I think Stephen Colbert is funnier, since a lot of the humor on The Daily Show comes from the reporters rather than Stewart. |

Finally, a poll that provokes some thought. I'm an avid watcher of Comedy Central's weeknightly news hour, and after much pondering, I have decided on Stephen Colbert being the funnier of the two. His show is still relatively young, but I like his sarcasm and wit and find it funnier than Stewart's. The Daily Show is one great program, and I've always been a big fan of Jon and his news team, but I think The Colbert Report has surpassed its sister show in hilarity. |

Aw, man. This is the ultimate showdown. I think The Daily Show as a whole is better than the Colbert Report. However, Stephen does the whole Report by himself. Even so, Jon is an incredibly funny person. ...I can't decide. |

I said jon stewart because although colbert is funny, jon really gets it with his stories and reactions. |

I go for Stewart when I actually want a slice of news with my comdey. It also seems to be a bit smarter. Colbert is just absurd and just nearly as funny. It's really a toss-up between 'The Decider' and 'Formidable Opponet' |

I used to like Jon a lot more, but then his show all of the sudden got really popular and I don't really like the Daily Show (or, later, the Colbert Report). I think I'm gonna have to go with Colbert though, because he's a funny guy outside the show. I loved the White House thing. |

I don't want to choose. It's like The Simpsons and Family Guy, they should not be compared. |

Hmm....I dunno. I think that Stewart just barely slides by. Barely though. |

I was going to bring that up and vote Colbert because of it, but then I remembered Jon at the Oscars. He bombed, but only because people in Hollywood have no sense of humor. In fact, all the comedians bombed that night. Colbert bombed too for the same reason, just replace "people in Hollywood" with "the Bush Administration". |

I think Stephen Colbert is hilarious, and his The Word segment makes The Report come out on top for me. But Jon Stewart is a little wackier in a way. I like his incredulous "What?" response. |

This is truly a question that should never be asked. Ever. Although.... Jon was there first... And I can't help but think of Colbert as a bit of a copycat... Heh heh heh... copycat Colbert... But still, he is almost funnier than Jon... ARGBLBLBLBLBL!!!!!!!!!! |

I agree with MHG. I love Colbert's "The word" segment. Even though Jon was first and a bit more wacky, Colbert makes me laugh more. |

They're both pretty righteous, but I like Jon Stewart's humor a little bit better. It's more on the subtle side. |

John Stewart kinda sucks. He doesn't have to imitate someone in an annoying voice someone after every Video clip. Really, He doesn't. |

Jon Stewart, a million times over. He's so damn HOT. Not that that swayed my vote...but it helps. |

Tough to decide. I'm going with Colbert though. Becasue of an awesome dance he did on Conan O'Brien last week. That gives him the edge. Heh. Anyone else see that? |
