It's only downvoting when unjustified (or when the justification sucks).

The original meteor YTMND was hilarious, because nobody had thought of it. The knockoffs were just stupid (at least 90% of the time).

I don't beleive in any sort of judging like that without seeing something. It's just rude, IMO.

NEDM is the worst in my mind. Especially considering what spawned it.
