I have several friends (over 9), but only about 5 really close ones. My two best friends are always there for me. I swear, I must owe my best friend about 1,000 favors, he is there to help, such a friend. |

That's odd. Because I didn't interpret it as offensive at all. And I'm very close to my religion. |

I only have about 5 very good friends, so I chose that, but I have lots of friends that I don't consider really good friends. |

Sure do. But the question is, do people have no friends because they don't want them, or because they're so antisocial that they don't get them? Guys, if you have no friends, it's no one's fault but yours, there are loads of people out there who want to be your friend, but you have to make the move. |

Some people rather get sympathy for having no friends then go out and be social. As for me, I know alot of people who would let me hang-out and be cool about it, but only 5 people I really consider friends. None, however, live near me anymore so I'm looking for new people to hang-out with (preferably hot chicks). |

Well, I just met this dude who's sorta-kinda-almost-in-a-way my friend, so now I feel sorta-kinda-almost-in-a-way special. So now I have one psuedofriend outside the Internet. Uh, yay me?

You missed the point of that post. He went on to talk about all of his friends. As for me, I certainly have a lot more "offline" friends than "online" ones. My friendship with some of the "offline" ones is becoming more "online", though, as we've been slowly spreading out across the planet. |

I have a number of psuedofriends and a close number of real, true friends outside the Internet. It used to be just a few real deep friends and no psuedos, but I get introduced to many people up here. |

I have three basic groups of friends: The preppy group. This one includes pretty much my best friend who is an awexome poet. I don't have a lot of friends in this group though. The rocker group. This one also includes pretty much my best friend. Exept this friend is a guitarist and we're in a band. I have a lot of friends in this group. The loser group. Despite the name, there are a lot of people in this group. Actually, there are so many people in this group, I'd call them "The Populars", just because there are so many of them. |

I have a LOT of friends. Something about me just makes people want to be my friend. I don't think I am that funny...but a TONS of people think I am. (I mean in real life...I don't try to be funny online because I just can't do it right) I would say I have about...50-100 good friends. Honestly, I do. I get high fives all the time in the hallways. People always shout out to me. It's cool. I like it. |

I completely agree with you. And I'm okay with it. I try to make friends with the people who notice me for my fro. And usually they turn out to be great people. |
