Ya, but I mean, Super Mario World is a great one too. Proably my favourite SNES game.

I'm sorry but I can't pick it.

I'm at a love for Paper Mario: TTYD (2004), Super Mario 64 (1996), and Super Mario Bros. 3 (1990).

Well, I never had a SNES, just the regular old type. That's why I chose what I did.

The original trio were the best.

Yes, but which year frame? The early half of the 80's, which had Super Mario Bros., the late 80's, which had SMB2, or the arly 90's, which had SMB3?

The original three were great, Super Mario 64 was the big step up into 3D, and Luigi's Mansion and Sunshine stepped up even mroe qith graphics. But, IMO, Super Mario 64 wins in a landslide. It's 3D open gameplay where the player chooses what to do was unheard of before then. It changed the gaming world. So, 1996-2000.

86-90, because 1986 was a great year.

Ok, not subtracting games that he had easter eggs in, he has been in 134 games. And look at this other reason to hate the CD-i besides Wand of Gamelon!

'86 to '90. Twas the Age of Mario, when giant game cartridges roamed the Earth.

The early 90's because of Yoshi's Island. I love that game.

90-95 for me. Mostly for Super Mario World. The only game between then I didn't like was Mario's Time Machine.

That game sucked hard.

Definitely '96 to 2000. Super Mario RPG, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Super Smash Bros., Mario Party, and Mario Tennis? I love the classics, but '96 to 2000 was too prolific to ignore.

Mr. Kiss, how could you not like Mario Time Machine? Me and my friend David used to set the time in the year 3000 and pretended the moon was crashing on the surfing level. (This is just when majoras Mask came out) Then again, the concept was pretty bad, and it didnt have anything to do with mario.... ya that game sucked.

I don't think Super Smash Bros. qualifies as a Mario game. At least not in the normal sense.

I went with the time period of Super Mario World and Yoshi's Island. Those rule.

Yeah, I know, it should be great. I loved the first one, and I dobut that Nintendo will fail. Seems like same graphics and gameplay, which is good.

Sorta off topic: Does it bother anyone that Mario's clothing is going to be detailed in the new Super Smash Bros (Maul)? I mean, most of my friends disagree, but I would much rather his clothing being straigh out blue, not detailed denim.

96-2000 is definetely the best. With Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Super Smash Bros, Mario Party, and Mario Tennis, it is the 5 years of classic games. I remember the days when if you had Super Mario 64, Mario Kart, or Super Smash Bros, you were the cool kid on the block.

Dang, reading this topic is slowly turning me into a Nintendo fanboy.

Now I have a Nintendo 64 jones!

But I would probably only get that for SSB. And EJ64. And probably some other grood games....

I loved Super Mario Brothers 3, but Super Mario 64 was just beautiful, especially since it was made during the time I was growing up. Plus, I can't get the Dire, Dire, Docks song out of my head.

I'ma say 1990-1995. Super Mario World has got to be one of the awesomest games ever.

I have been playing Super Mario World and I forgot how the graphics and the yoshis and the capes and the secret levels made it so good. Then there is super mario world 2, which is a very different mario game. And I dont usually play the third one, but it is still pretty good.
OH NINTENDO, WHY MUST YOU MOCK ME WITH SUCH GOOD MARIO GAMES? WHY?!
