I would argue that Jazz and Classical be seperated--the only thing they have in common is how less popular they are than the other genres. But hey, at least THIS poll has those options in the first place....*grumbles at the idiocy of people who post music genre polls without a Jazz or Classical option*

your options are weird and wrong.

it should be:
Rock/Rock 'n roll/Hard Rock
Pop/Emo
Rap/Hip-Hop
Country/Folk
Metal/Heavy Metal
Alternative/Pop-Punk/Indie
Electronic
Experimental/Noise
Jazz/Classical
World/Latin/New Age/Reggae
Other

Metalcore doesnt deserve to be on that list.

Electronic music, but I don't let it be a restriction; if I find a good song, I don't really care which genre it is.

Why did you feel the need to pair them up in the first place? Why not just let certain genres stand on their own?

Why'd you put alternative with emo? Alternative covers so many things. Emo, punk and so on should have gone with pop. Because that's practically what it is.

I'm more of a Rock/Rock 'n' Roll guy myself, some old time rock mainly. I also listen to some newer bands though like Nickleback and Linkin Park.
