From what I've seen of little kid's shows, I'd infer that little kids like to think that they're smarter than the average person.

That was a wonderful email!

I didn't get to see it 'till Saturday because I went on a rafting trip this week.

Now obviously, nothing beats a awesome week long rafting trip with sunny weather, or coming back to follow baseball.

But man, that was a nice treat, getting home and watching that!

It was awesome from beginning to end,
First when SB was trying to figure out Peasant's Quest, that gave me some chuckles.

Then when SB did a sad job at trying to do a chlidren's program and went baserk, that was great!!

Quote:
Not good enough, F--

Quote:
OK kids, find The Cheat!

And finally, I got to see Homsar! The funniest character on the site, and he didn't disappoint.

He gave us a couple more funny Homsar-like quotes.
The email never got boring.

Excellent email, defenitely one of my favorites.

It was kind of weird when Homsar started making sense. But, then again, it just clarifies my hypothesis that Homsar just talks random to get attention.

I dunno what's all this about Homsar making sense. He really isn't more sensical here than usual. Playing the same song over and over 50 times (or 51 times) is exactly something that Homsar would do...

I liked Homsar saying "That's a healthy piece of real estate!" for the letter 'g'.

Yes, but he actually said he was going to play it 50 more times. And a lot of kids shows do that, maybe not 50 times, but repeating a lot.

I like the fact that, despite all of the making sense, Homsar was in the cartoon. My favorite quote was "That's a m,ighty Popular song. Let's play it 5o times over.

hmm...i didnt think it was THAT good....personally I think the sbemails are degrading in being funny, i think the ones from like 75 to 100 had a lot of hilarious ones (like mile, stunt double, couch patch, kind of cool) and now they are not AS funny. but theme park's hilarious tho.

He's acting like those people on those dumb kid's shows who have the most artificial smiles you can imagine. That email made me laugh, and hard.

I especially like the song, -- "Stave it off, 1-2-3, and now you can count to three." I also liked the song in the beginning of the show, -- "We'll have an adventure, and several long trips..." Overall, I loved it. A perfect parody of most kid's shows out there.

"Good gravy. I've got two words for kids who were raised on that crap..."

Of course, I know the transcriptionists are perfect and would never make a mistake, but it sounded to me like he said "I'll kill all your dolls!!" Which would make more sense.

Look enough of this fighting already!!! Some people have different senses of humor...But we all agree Homestarrunner.com is a funny website. So whether or not we love every e-mail, we like the website and thats what its going to boil down to.

Amazing. That's all I can say.
Oh, and it's great to see Homsar again. "Thaaat's a very popular song. Who wants to hear it fifty more times?" "YAY!"
And Strong Bad losing it with the kids. "HE'S BEHIND THE FREAKIN' BOX! I'LL KILL YOU!"
Two words for this one. GOOD E-MAIL. GREAT TO SEE HOMSAR AGAIN. SOMETHING THAT MADE ME SMILE. THAT WAS PROBABLY TOO MANY FOR TWO WORDS. I'M NOT QUITE SURE WHETHER OR NOT "E-MAIL" IS ONE WORD OR TWO, IF IT'S ABBREVIATED. I'LL STOP NOW.

Am I the only one who noticed the kid saying "christopher columbus!" during strong bad's show? That was awesomeness.

Nope. It said it in the wiki and an earlier post.

It made me laugh a lot.

One point of contention:

I think SB says, "I'll kill all you dogs" not "I'll kill all your dogs." I think. I think he is calling us dogs because we can't find the Cheat. Although I could.

I don't think killing my dogs is very funny.

I tried the "Make friends with the Kerrek" thing and it said "it didn't work for Strong Bad and it's not gonna work for you". I also typed "Buy Kerrek a cold one" and it said something about him getting cheesed off and then he started chasing me faster than usual.

The best part of Homsar's show was the theme song;

"We'll have an adventure consisting of several short trips! We'll make some new friends and maybe get a bite to eat. All 'cuz we say.....

Whaddya Know, Haddi-man!"

That was hilarious.

They added those two things later, but the game says different things.

True genius e-mail. This is definitely one of my favorites. I live the stave it off 123 part and the theme song...

We'll have an adventure
And several long trips
We'll make some new friends
And maybe get a bite to eat
All cuz we say...

WHADDYA KNOW HADDIMAN?

This is the best e-mail so far!! Both :sb: and :homsar: had funny shows. I actually liked Homsar making some sense in his show. I would like to see Homsar host another kid's show!

And your post wasn't much better.

He did add to the discussion, so it's not all too bad. But violinist, please don't make a habit of posting in old threads, thank you.

11/10. Best email that they've ever made. The only one that i can think of that comes close to this department is bottom 10. Ruled to see :sb: playing peasants quest, :sb: 's show made me laugh so hard, and this is also :homsar:'s best preformance. Ever. Geniously random. "Stave it off, one two three, and now you can count to three!" has made me cry laughing.

Ahahahah. Pity that i didn't discover this forum WAY WAY long ago. Wow though, eh? Only like ninety emails back, and it's been frigging four years! Sorry for all the silly "bumps", just commenting on the classics, as I am quite new to the forum.
