Oh man. The polo shirts? The swim trunks? Hilarious.

I am still laughing. Right now. In fact, count on me laughing for a long time.

Awexome! 10/10. This is one of my favorite emails. "Umm...where's my house?" Classic. 'Swarthily,' by the way, means 'duskily'. The swimming easter egg was pretty funny. The references to past toons and Sbemails were enough to bump it up to the coveted 10/10. I'd give it 11/10 if it had :trogdor: in it.

The return of the BMW lighter all right!

The only thing is that he didn't show us the battle ax lessons, that would have been cool.

Um. I didn't like it that much. Except for the 'piemonade' comment.

I think this is the first true-to-form SBemail we've seen since 100

I think the emails are getting less "ridiculous laugh out loud for about 10 minutes" funny. I mean, I like all of them, but....yea. :coachz:

I liked the foriegn email. It was like "Little Questions" from Viklas, but in Polish (I think).

I agree that recently the emails have been declining in quality, but this is the first email since Dangeresque 3 that really follows the style emails should!

:bubs: WHOO! BUBS SMILEY! AND... :trogdor: TROGDOR!!!!! :ehsteve: And this giy...

And what style is that? I personally don't like the ones past "Replacement" (except I do like "Dangeresque 3").

Is it just me, or is this the second email SB's shown sent from somebody in Holmes, California?

UPDATE: looks like it...in Huttah one of the hate mails relabeled "dear the cheat" by SB was from an unnamed individual from there.

This was pretty good. The Polish email was really funny... but the one thing I'd like to see is Bubs' Concession Stand aftermath. Like if he gets his toes cut off or how he escapes Bubs. That'd be cool. And of course, Battle Axe Lessons!

That's interesting, because I'm pretty sure that $3.62 is exactly what Bub's charges (+tax) for a cool, refreshing Piemonade.

Oh and another thing. In this SBEmail he says, "Where's my house?" But in a previous email RAP (not email) he says "did you find the spare key to my apartment yet?"
Either he is confused about where he lives or he once lived in an apartment, and moved into a house.

The email rap was a rap, therefore he was just makin up stuff, using the word scroll buttons in it.

Anyway, as I previously stated (although it might be edited by the time you read this, and if so... ha ha! you missed out on something!) I said Replacement was the last great email, but probably Dangeresque 3 was...

Anydangway, mainly I like this because of all th references and running jokes it has hidden all over it. It's really a call-back to other great sbemail moments!

Furthermore, for those people who demand an email every week: Well, personally, I don't agree! It seems the best emails are made when they're not pressured into them, and besides, I hate seeing one section of the site grow, while stuff like Answering Machine and "Big Toons" just sit collecting dust... Personally, I think we're due for a new one of BOTH of those...

I think you've all become a little too judgemental towards the emails. Perhaps you're expecting too much. It's always "wow best one in a while" or "I think the emails have been going downhill since this one". Gotta remember how hard it is to be funny every week for free. Also remember how hard it is to animate that much in one week. I couldn't do it if I quit my day job and stayed home all day.

Rygar, you da man. I know everyone gets tired of hearing me say that I love every toon and email, so it's good to hear someone else say it once in a while. But yeah, these fine gentlemen are providing amazing, free toons on an ad free site.

What more can you want?

Strong Bad Emails get better and better. They've gotten more sophisticated and intelligent and yes, funnier. No, they are not as crude as the old days. In fact, the old emails weren't that great. It would just be Strong Bad saying "your stupid (everyone laugh). The cartoon is growing up, grow up with it or move along. Don't waste everyone's time with you're whining about it not being as good as the "good ol' days" - the "good ol' days" weren't really as good.

Eeh, I dunno, I didn't really laugh too much at this particular email.

But maybe that's because "for kids" was such a hard act to follow.

People are probably right though about TBC's emails getting stronger and stronger, before this email, they had probably about 10 "laugh-your-head-off" emails in a row.

There were a couple funny parts though, I liked it when :newsb: burned :bubs: written letter with his BMW lighter, and I liked the easter egg when :newsad: was waking up :newsb: for swimming practice.

O, and I bet u anything that the reason why :newsb: is doing community service every Thursday, is because of the crimes :newsb: and :cheat: committed during the " :newsb: Is In Jail Cartoon"

Well, apartments generally don't have basements (which is where he keeps the Trogdor arcade game, remember?) so he must live in a house.

A few things (or as I like to call them, "opinions that sound like facts"):

SB lives in a house. The brothers strong do have parents.. we just never see them.

The emails are sometimes hilarious and sometimes decent. They are never terrible or awful. Whether or not I laugh aloud or often, I always find them thoroughly enjoyable, and I watch them at least 10 times over the first month after they come out, and then again at times later on.

TBC definitely should bounce around more and sometimes do emails, sometimes do toons, message machines.. maybe emails should be every other week or sometimes two weeks in a row-- just an idear. I liked the Cheat Commandos! I can't wait to see what product they try and shill next.

forever yours,
soce, the elemental wizard
