Those of you how didn't get the new updates e.g. the new scroll button song, try going to sbemail.html and pressing Ctrl+F5.

As for the email, it made me laugh. And it's well named.

I guess the idea of purposely doing a boring cartoon is a little cute. In the end though, it delivered exactly what it promised. Boredom. Better luck next time guys.

I hope this means it's a good one. I also kinda hope there'll be a new scroll buttons song soon.

wow, aren't I great?

I hope you didn't hurt yourself too bad!

Anywho, pretty good email. I like how they were experimenting with 'camera' angles and movements and making it slow and boring on purpose.
And the return of caffinated Strong Sad (I know someone wanted him back) and wood-davers.
Good eggs, and did anyone notice that one of the 3 letter words was 'sbu'?

Good mail, 8/10

Wow, they weren't kidding when the titled this e-mail. This was honestly the worst email ever, it's too bad we can't redo that majory chain of polls, because I think this would win by a landslide. It's too bad we it actually took them all day for this one, because I really think this one was bad enough that it would have been better for them not to do one. I mean that in the most sincere way possible. At least they managed to title it very apropriately.

There is in fact 2 back buttons. One on lappy's screen, and another at the bottom left of the viewable window that fades out (but can still be seen). Not being pedantic, but I think someone else mentioned it. The sad thing is, if you want to check that out, you'll have to view the email again.

I tried to do some edits on the wiki, but things went horrible. I guess I'll keep try.

[backontopic]This email was so boring it was pretty funny. I didn't expect that caffinated Strong Sad part. The new scroll buttons song was pretty good too. Marzipan's audition worked. I give the email 3/5 for being slow, but then compensating for it.[/backontopic]

Uh.... wow. Problematic. I guess it's too bad we had the 'worst e-mail ever' polls a few days/weeks too late.

Well, okay, maybe it's not the WORST e-mail ever, but still... I do realize that it being 'boring' was supposed to be the joke, and I guess it did work a little to a point, but until towards the end of it with the easter eggs and Strong Sad's appearance I just found little worthwhile to enjoy about it at all. I guess TBC used a bit too much energy recently in making Seniorial Day and new Stinkoman levels, because they sure weren't inspired here. Easily the worst Lappy e-mail ever, and probably one of the bottom three overall. I give it a C-, and that's being generous. Sorry guys.

Given the topic of the the (really) boring sbemail, it would be interesting if they had stuff happen about ten minutes after the paper has come down for people who leave the screen on that long.

Ugh. The boring part of this e-mail makes me hate it. BURN!

The "little steps" was pretty hillarious, though.

Hahahaha, I was sitting around all day, bored out of my mind, waiting for an update. Priceless timing there. (Could that be the real punchline?) I think this one turned out just fine, especially SB's slow head turning. And boring ol' Strong Sad had to reverse the situation entirely. Of course it lacked funny, but in this case that means it was a success.

Definitely not a favorite. Not bad, just not a favorite. I'm not going to complain and whine about it, because I'm getting a free show every week, but that was a pretty predictable email all around until Gron Sad jumped in, and even that wasn't very interesting (I wasn't a fan of "Caffeine").

It was so boring it was funny, although Strong Sad was the best part by far. It definitely wasn't the worst email ever, but I wish I had a fast forward button for some of it.

Homestar with trying to close his eyes was hilarious though. Why hasn't anyone mentioned that yet?

All in all, fun in some parts, but too long in others. It accomplished it's mission, so...

3 outta 5 The Cheats.

Well, it kinda is to me, seeing that I always got really really scolded for C+'s or C's when I was in school. and D- or F to me is just about unwatchable, which even the worst toons on the site have never come close to. :)

Honestly, it was a little more redeeming than I let on, but going by the recent standards of e-mails and toons on the site only, it was pretty bad. If I were to grade on the H*R scale only (with F being the worst things on the site), this would probably be more like a D.

That was pretty funny. It's obviously pokeing fun at the many long akward pauses that many other webtoons have.

Oh, and on the wiki page, the screen picture doesent even have the same text as the email. Whats that about?

I think TBC did this because they probably got so many e-mails from people begging them to do the next strong bad e-mail, so they deliberately created one that was painful to watch because they were bugged so much. Lesson well taught, I just wish those of us who didn't bug them didn't have to suffer as well.

That email was okay. I like how it was deliberately boring, and I like the close-up camera angles, and Homestar trying to close his eyes.
:hr: : Oh, now I see what the fuss is about.

But it wasn't as good as it could have been, in my opinion. But I love Strong Sad's appearance.

I give it a 6/10.

Okay, that was just mind-boggling. Pretty much everything between Strong Bad leaving the computer room and Strong Sad's interruption was like watching a Swedish art movie. On the whole it seems very forced, but there'll always be a place in my heart for pointless surrealism

Well, because caffeine, I would give a 10, and this basically is decent, but has a reference to caffeine, an ocho!

BUG: Back button stays active when the final scene fades in over the top of it. Or actually underneath it, as it turns out.

Very, very unlikely.
