I think it would be kind of cool if they added a couple of bonus stages after the main plot had ended.
I love those TOTPDs

Yeah, I could go for a few secret levels or something. But as for the game in general, why not just let it keep going forever? I mean, the plot is truly so random that it would hardly be a stretch if, say, Stinkoman got kidnapped and then 1-Up and Pan Pan would have to rescue him, and then they all went off to fight other evils lurking in Planet K...

...right?

My guess is that they're saving some kind of big revelation until the end of the game, like Coach Z's 20X6 identity.

I bet he'll be Coach Zed. Ha!

Sorry about that. Those were the days in the past. Now I have mastered the game and beaten it easily. Sorry if I offended anyone. Hehehe........................

This is really annoying. You might want to try asking more politely. To edit your post move your mouse until it is over the edit button. The edit button is located on the righthand side of the top of your post. If the edit button is not there, you are probably not logged in. Log in and follow the other instruction. Using the left button, click the edit button. You will then be brought up to the screen with your post. Change your post as desired. Move the mouse pointer over the submit button. Click the submit button. Your post will now be edited. The key to winning any game is to check the walkthrough.

^^^ lies, all LIES! :hr: the best way to win a game is through perserverence. I used to check walkthroughs for games and found them MUCH less fulfilling. But to each his own.

Me its skill for sidescrollers, strategy for strategy games, persistance for insanely hard games, and walkthroughs for deep RPGs where it is easy to miss important stuff.

Ture, so many rpg's have ridiculous side quests that almost REQUIRE use of a walkthrough (Final Fantasy games and their Ultimate weapon quests...)

An excellent game. I had a Sega Master System as a kid, and this brings back so many memories, especially Alex the Kidd. The little details show the makers truly understand these old-style games. The fact that the "Are you ready for a challenge?" and "I wanna be the guy too" are so difficult to hear, that you can stand over the edges of platforms until only a tiny part of you is on it, the predictable, stupid bad guys, the obligatory cloud level, and my absolute favourite, the pause when the music cycles. They intentionally put in a pause! Oh, the fond memories of the old days flood back.

I can't say that I found the game that difficult, but I played a LOT of games like this in the past. Anxiously awaiting level 7!

I miss 20x6 levels!!! *tear* --- I wonder if the next will be the last level or if it will just keep going. Maybe an ICE level next?

I hope if they update today they put up a new level. If we wait to long our skills will melt away and we'll stink at the game like when we first played it.

It all depends on what Johnathan Howe has programmed. I hope they update it soon.

Voila, your prayers have been answered and your predictions have come true. For behold, Level 7, the ICE LEVEL, has finally come out! Slippery fun!

Rejoice, ye Stinko-Fanboys and Stinko-Fangirls.

Cool, an ice stage. IMO it was a pretty tough level, too bad the boss was easy.

I'm guessing the next level will be an underwater one.

I don't get it. I'm really good at mega man games, but I suck on this level.

Level seven is extremely easy. I beat it with out getting a game over.

I'm glad they did an ice stage. Ice is my friend's and my element. Being an experienced platformer, I've mastered controlling the slipping effect. Whoah! while I was typing this, I thought the words were going to be slipping. Ice levels have always been my favorite. I'm glad they updated the stinkoman game. I wonder when you'll face that shillouette that kidnapped people.

I love breaking through the ice with your little fire-thingy. Teh fun!

Though Level 7 is quite hard.

Is it just me or is there no cutscene prior to the Ice stage boss? Also, I wonder if they'll tweak the program not to replace lives when you restart the level? Right now it's pretty much impossible to lose level 7.2 because of the extra life right near the beginning that you can just pick up every time. Sort of defeats the challenge aspect

I just beat it, but is it just me, or does the boss look like a robotic 20X6 version of a Cheat Commando. Another thing thaat confuses me is why every enemy was yellow.

Lives have very little purpose in this game. The only time they even come into play is in boss stages because otherwise death will take you back to a point where you'll return to anyway having a gameover. I wish they would put checkpoints in this game. The extra life at the begining of 7.2 didn't matter since I normally just refresh the page and start over with three lives anyway.
