Teen Girl Squad #9! I loved it. One of their better TGS efforts, though I usually like all of them. :) I have a feeling too many of us can relate to Sci-Fi Greg. Or maybe it's just me. :D Mmm, I give it an 8/10, because if you give everything a 9 or a 10 when you like it, then you'll have to give 14s when it's REALLY good. *cough*

Also, I haven't been around long enough to figure out how to do the Wiki link. Let's see if this works: http://www.hrwiki.org/index.php/Teen_Girl_Squad_Issue_9

I thought it was really cool. The way it ended and the way strong bad said "it's over" sounded like it was the last TGS. Probably not at all... but just thought I'd mention that. 8/10.

Hey, new Teen Girl Squad! I was wondering when the next one would be coming. And it was a classic - I particularly loved that old guy and his subsequently getting eaten by the vultures, DRIVER'S ED'ED!!!, and the Babbage's reference (where I used to go all the time back in the Commodore era for my games - good days), but the whole thing was fabulous. Maybe it's not the best thing on the site, but it's certainly the best TGS episode to date, no question. An A, and more importantly, a huge rebound for TBC after Boring (really)!

A-Very-Very good. But why did they update on a Sunday? Hmmmmm.....
All in all, I thought it was probably the best TGS yet, except for I didnt' really like the music part, except for carving BFF in a tree...thats classic.
9/10

That was SO GOOD! But I kind of have a feeling that this may be too short, but, nah. That old guy was pretty funny with his ointment remarks, him wanting to be a girl and being eaten by birds, The Ugly One not showering, and Strong Bad's song.

Usually, it's "Best Friends Forever"

Can someone who actually plays D&D tell me how much 100XP actually is? I'm almost certain it's a really small amount, but google is so far unwilling to give me numbers to work with. This should be a remark on the page, but "100 XP in D&D isn't very much" isn't all that fun...
"100 XP in D&D isn't very much - for comparison, you get <number>XP for doing <something really simple>" would however be a more useful fun fact...

the learner's permit girl creeped me out. I get the feeling TGS is starting to lose its touch.

Just once, I'd like to see an update topic without "lose its touch".

I loved this. The Easter Eggs were especially great.

It was really funny! I like how Cheerleader kept calling her friends weird things, like, "Spanish galleons." Sci-fi Greg was also funny. Even though he creeped me out.

This was a great one.
"DRIVERS ED'D DEAD!"
I like how we see that the other girls would rather do other things than hang out with and be bossed around by Cheerleader.

A great new TGS. I liked the vulture's voices, and the music scene was funny, and so was the part before the music scene...

Did anyone notice that they are now out of room on the TGS Index? They'll have to remodel it a bit to add the next one. when will they get scroll buttons?

Regarding XP in D&D - using 3rd Edition rules, how much 100xp is worth depends on what level you are. If you were level 1, you'd need 1000xp to level up to level 2. You'd get, say, 100xp for killing a medium-size skeleton, and 75xp for killing a goblin.

By, say, level 10, you'd need to get 10000xp that level to level up, and you could get 250xp, for example, for killing a mummy; that would have been worth 900xp if you were still level 1. If you killed a fire giant, though, you'd get 3000xp. You'd get no xp for killing a goblin or a medium-size skeleton.

Back in 2nd Edition, you got a set amount of XP per kill - killing an ogre would give you 270xp, for example. The experience needed to level depended on your class; going with a warrior, you'd need 2000xp to get to level 2, and a total of 500000xp (culmulative) to get to level 10.

That was way more information than you wanted :p

Man, that was funny. I especially love how they proclaim that not hanging out with the old guy makes for a different summer (they never have)!

The old man getting eaten was particularly satisfying to watch, although it's interesting to note that it's one of the more graphic deaths.

Sci-Fi Greg egg: awesome.

10/10

There Goes my hope of being able to start the update page becuase it's summer.

[backontopic]This TGS was pretty funny I liked the older guy and how What's Her Face has had her driver's license for a year. The song part was hilarious. Staple sauce seems quite healthy. Its sad that babbages got eaten by gamestop though.
I'm gonna use Joshua's rating system while he isn't looking.

The best tgs to date, not like that's saying much. Actually the only one I've liked. Owww, my entire life! was a-pretty good and I can see myself saying "Stop saying words" A LOT once school starts again, so it's got definite classicablity. Well there ya go everybody! Here's your school's out toon.
X-Play gives it a 4 out of 5.

Best TGS ever! I'ma watch it again and again. Also, I noticed that TBC didn't use the modified q in this ish. Another thing, a +3 weapon would be too powerful for a level 1 character. Just saying.

Whoa, this toon is so good! That song caught me totally off guard. Hilarious stuff. Very quotable.

I'd say this is among the funnier TGS toons. I laughed out loud at the "Baow Fom Froosh".

Babbage's became GameStop?

I always thought they became Software Etc.

GameStop = the former FuncoLand, IIRC. Oh well, it's all the same company anyhow.

Is it just me or did Mr. Pitters resemble an older, more decrepit Balding Senor Cardgage Mascot Man?

Great as always, but not quite TGS8. Of course, I'm not sure that classics like "My bass feels seaworthy" or "FLOOR TOM'D!...STEP MOM'D!...POM POM'D?" can even be topped.

BAOW! FOM! FROOSH!/10.

That was SOOO GROOOD. I mean good. Best thing on the site in a while, maybe even in the top ten out of everything on HSR.

Best line(s):
WHAT'S HER FACE: I've had my license for a year-

CHEERLEADER: Stop saying words.
9.95/10

That was really funny.. I had to watch it a couple of times, cus I was laughing too hard the first time I saw it. "DRIVER'S ED'ED DEAD"... That was great.
I'm not so sure Seethroo didn't write part of that one... "BAOW! FOM! FROOSH!" really sounds like a Seethrooism..
