I like it when Strong Bad gets really angry, and he throws his hands up in the air!!

I thought "old comics" was better. Actually, I thought "pizzaz" was a bit weaker than some of the more recent ones. It wasn't terrible, though, and it did have its moments, especially the return cameo of Biscuit-Dough-Hands-Man.

Wow. I don't see how anyone could think old comics was better than ANYTHING. I think that's the worst in the history of mankind. Or at least Strong Bad kind.

In defense of "old comics," it wasn't THAT bad, but that might be because I enjoyed watching them stick it to supremely unfunny comics like B.C. and the Wizard of Id.

However, it still wasn't all that good, and definitely wasn't better than pizzaz (even though pizzaz ranks an "OK" from me)

I didn't find it too funny. However, dog food gangsters made me chuckle, as well as the Cheat's head exploding. I liked the reference to Biscuit-Dough-Hands Man, too.

This email was pretty good.
I loved the western egg at the end.

Yeah, that quote was the best part. I liked when Strongbad said it, though.

Has good moments, like The Cheat getting a head a sploded and bizarro Strong Bad wearing a sailor hat for some unknown reason. It shows that if Strong Bad met Strong Bad, he'd find himself to be a little bit...y'know...too him-ish. Not a bit like the Austin Powers 2 thing. "My God, you're handsome" "I know. I was thinking the same thing!" "We are sexy" etc. etc.

What would life be like if you met you? Hmm?

This is what it would be like if I interviewed myself:

SHOPIOM: So, uh, you're really cool. Tell us about that.
SHOPIOM: Yes, I am cool! I am so cool!
SHOPIOM: Got any personal experiences to share with us?
SHOPIOM: Got any idea why I'm interviewing myself?
SHOPIOM: YOU JUST FRIKIN' TOLD EVERYONE!!!
SHOPIOM: Something about waffles or something like that?
SHOPIOM: Why am I so stupid? Just read what you typed at the top of the post!
SHOPIOM: Oh yeah, now I remember!
SHOPIOM: Anyway...
SHOPIOM: Would you like a slice of pizza?
SHOPIOM: Oh yeah, I'd love a slice of pizza!
SHOPIOM: Well, too bad! I'm eating this!
[THIS SCENE HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT BECAUSE OF VIOLENCE]

Holy crap! Can it be? It's my 400th post!!!!

Definately better than "old comics". I'd give this one a solid 8/10. As soon as the Cheat walked in on both Strongbads I knew his head was going to explode, so when it did it was all the more hilarious. I'll bet you that "Here comes the Strongbad!" will be the next Quote of the Week. And how can Strongbad be interviewing Biscuit Dough Hands Man? Isn't he wanted by Coach Z and Bubs?

Uh,

I thought this one was very annoying, especially the sailor hat thing. My favorite sb emails are the ones with a lot of the other characters, and less Strongbad. Too much StrongBad is not a good thing. This one had way, way too much.

As for the old comics/pizzazz debator delabor, I would add that old comics is growing on me. It is not laugh out loud hilarious, but it is intelligent and interesting. That is what Sunday Comics are like: jokes that go nowhere.

Man I really hated that sailor hat bit. The longest 30 seconds of my week.

Dogfood gangsters was funny, though. And SB's cute lil' legs dangling about. I would have cut out the rest.

Wow, I sound harsh. Forgive me, folks.

I for one thought pizzaz was awful. It's terribly derivative. I don't think there was a single joke in there that was original and actually funny.

And "here comes the Strong Baaaaad" if you listen to it, you can tell that it's from the Bonanza theme song, not the Thnikkaman. I didn't even think of Thnikkaman in connection to that until I saw that here. So, some people are simply trying too hard to find inside references for everything.

I think the "The cheat's head blowing up" joke needs to be given a rest. It's getting stupid.

In conclusion, pizzaz is at least as bad as old comics, if not worse.

not every email is gonna be the best yet. has anyone here ever watched tv? just like it, not every episode is going to be completely and totally awesome. actually, i still liked it. it is awesome that [mostly] every week they make these cartoons, and unlike tv, there are 2 guys making these cartoons, not an entire team of writers, animators, etc. etc. give them a little credit. some of these opinions are "harsh" and "ignorant". im not trying to be mean to anyone here. im just saying what had to be said.

Well, you know what they say. Too much of a good thing is an awesome thing, but too much of an awesome thing is bad...and dumb.

Well, I've always thought it was some sort of western... but I don't think it is Bonanza.

I thought it was pretty good. Not laugh out loud funny, but entetaining. I loved the legs over the fence bit, and the Cheat's head exploding.
I'd like to see The Strong Bad be a regular feature. I'd love to see a bunch of Gunsmoke/Bonanza/whatever parodies starring Strong Bad.

This is a comment I am just flat-out tired of hearing! I mean, you shouldn't be complaining at all, first off- TBC are NOT our slaves. We're thankful they take the TROUBLE to make something every week.

But even I complain about no-updates once in a while. What TRULY bugs me is wishing fro a SBemail every week! What's so dang special about Strong Bad E-mau]s? Why aren't you just as happy with, say, a new Marzipan answering Machine, Puppet Skit, or TGS?

How come suddenly everyone thinks that every little joke in the Strongbad e-mails is going to become a regular feature. People have been talking about seeing Homsar's Kid show, or the "Castle Funnies", and now "The Strongbad" as a feature. How 'bout just leaving a good joke alone. If they made a feature out of every little joke, we'd be watching Trevor the Vampire cartoons. Okay... I'm done... with the ranting.

I doubt that they'll actually make a The Strong Bad feature, I just think that might be a pretty funny idea for a short... like.
(Opening credits roll)
Singer: Here comes the Strong Baaaaaaaaaaaaad!
(cut to western setting. We see marzipan in western getup.)
Marzipan: Help, the evil villan Generic Bart has robbed the city bank!
Narrator: This looks like a jorb for the Strong Bad, the most righteous and noble sherrif this side o' the Mississippi!
(We see sherrif Strong Bad stealing a kid's ice cream cone)
Strong Bad:Wha- Oh. Yeah...I was going to selflessly risk my life and all but uhh... I have to...wash my...(mumbles incmprehensivly) Bye!
Singer: there goes the liar. There goes the...
(Camera cuts to Strong Bad punching a singer in the face.)

I dunno... I thought it had potential... maybe...I'll just go now.

I'm assuming you counted the house that gave sucky treats as three, one for each treat.

Why does everyone say the Cheat's head explodes three times for The House that Gave Sucky Treats when it's only twice? If you give Strong Mad the handful of gravel, The Cheat's head doesn't explode at all. Sheesh.
