Personally, I think the Halloween ones are a lot funnier, and you get to see the characters in different costumes, which is really cool. Don't get me wrong, the D'Ween ones are also great, but they just aren't as special.

Decemberween tunes amuse me but there are so many more avenues of humor you can take with the halloween tunes. And besides, the costumes are always awesome!

Halloween. You can do more with it. But, I still love the Decemberween toons!

I like the Halloween cartoons better. I feel that they can do more with Halloween, since it doesn't offend people as much as they could with the "winter holidays." Meaning they can go all out with their jokes, and stuff.

I voted Halloween, mainly because I always love to see the costumes the characters are wearing. Plus, I love to look for the Hidden Homsar easter egg that is invariably there.

Halloween toon > D'Ween toon.

The Halloween ones are more "homestarish". But the D'ween ones are usually funnier.

Yeah, Halloween is definitely my pick for the costumes alone. Homsar as Slash, Strong Sad as David Byrne, the KOT as Super Mario, Strong Mad as Ben Wallace, Marzipan as Joey Ramone, The Cheat as Izzy, Pom Pom as Michael Moore, Strong Bad as Carmen Sandiego, Homestar as Kurt Cobain... does it get any better than those? I think not.

I gotta go with Halloween, as they have more good ones, but Homestar presents: Presents is still my favorite.

Yeah, I'm going with the Halloween toons too. The coustumes are great. I don't want to take anything away from the D'ween, though. Those episodes are cool too.

Guessing the costumes is half the fun! And looking for the yearly Homsar hidden appearance. Can't wait for this year's entry.

I like them pretty much the same, but barely voted Halloween due to costumes and "The House That Gave Sucky Treats".

And what was that thing about Decemberween trying not to offend other people? It's obviously Christmas, just with a funnier name. I don't remember one Jewish reference, or a reference to any other religious winter holiday, in any of the D'ween toons.

I have to write why? It's just you always get that feeling...it's hard to explain, but when the snow falls in a homestarrunner, night or day, them all getting egg nog, opening presents, homestar giving strong bad the same thing for the third year, haha. So many memories.

I really like both but I picked Halloween because I wasn't too impressed with a couple of the old decemberween toons.

But heheh my favorite Decemberween is "Homestar presents: Presents"

Favorite Halloween one is the one where Marzipan is trying to bring back her old plant XD!!

Anyway...heheh yeah. Halloween over all wins (for now anyway  )

I know the feeling. I dunno what it is or how to explain it, but ever since I was a kid, Christmas (AKA Decemberween) has always filled me with an incredible joy...something hard to explain, really. Just that feeling of love and spirit. Caring for your fellow man. On Halloween, all you do is eat candy and jump out at people and scare them.

Thus, why I voted Decemberween.

And that doesn't fill you with incredibly love and joy? Are you a demon? Or even worse, Pat Robertson?

Yes, Halloween, just because I can count on a dose of Homsar in 'em.

I do have to agree with many people on this, I enjoy the Halloween specials a lot more. 3 Times Halloween Funjob is probably my favorite cartoon on the site-and the '01 and '02 Halloweens were great as well. I didn't really enjoy the latest Halloween cartoon as much, but hopefully this year's will live up to previous year's groodness.
Decemberween is a magical time of year and the specials are great, but Ima say Halloween is a tad bit better.
