Oh, it works now! It was very funny. As good as the first one, even! That dog was so cute! It looked just like my dog! Besides, the hat and shirt, that is.The last picture just got me cracking up! But, who was the girl on the right supposed to be?

Even though I transcribed it last night, I watched it for the first time (full) just a second ago. Pretty cool, I liked it

That was a pretty good one. Although I prefer the first one, I'm not complaining. Those ladies at the end were teh hawt.

Apperently, my favorite characters are the least popular characters.
Doesn't Marzipan get any props for being the only girl?!
It was funny though.
But I was looking forward to a Strong Mad costume.

I think I like these costume commentaries more than the ones from last year. The funniest part was at the end, with Homestar calling Strong Bad 'sweetie'. I give this toon a 7/10.

And those ladies in the last picture... seriously haught.

I may be wrong on this but it appears the dog Homestar might be the pet of the "hot" Homestar. There is the same colored carpet and the shirt and propeller cap appear to be the same. BTW I have the same propeller cap too. It comes from Party City.

The part where Homestar offered to give SB a back rub was rofflicious. It reminded me of that one Seinfeld episode.

And those girls weren't hot. Boo-yah.

I noticed the hat thing, too. You might be right.

I dunno, I think I looked pretty hot in my Homestar costume this year lol
(:mrgreen:Just kidding I'm a total dork)

I saw some kinda girl version of a homestar outfit also that I found randomly on google one day. If I find it again I'll link it somewhere. I liked it better design-wise than the one on the slideshow. And the propeller cap, that coulda been done better... seriously... it didn't even have a bill! Gotta have the red bill! :hr:

Modestly Hot Homsar, look out! Here comes Hotstar Runner!
Love that girl's stockings btw. Cute touch, and an excellent way to suggest Homestar's skinny white butt. Legs. Yeah. But minus points for no bill! Boo! Cute shoes though, and she did paint the soles blue. But I think y'all're right on that dog call. That's definitely the same equipage.
Anyway.
That dude with the giant inflatable papier mache Strong Bad head was kinda scary, IMHO. Heh. Though that adorable baby is adorable. I want that hat. Prooty sweet pumpkin there...

And ever-body love Coach Z! Everybody everybody! I'm a Coach Z girl, Coach Z Coach Z! They told me Coach Z, the Coachest Z, glorious Z! *pant pant wheeze* I need some serious clown care. :P

I may be the only one here to think this, but the two girls at the end was just too much for me. Ive been watching homestarrunner since 2003 when I was a junior in high school and I loved how clean it was compared to other internet cartoons. There was a kind of relief for me that I could watch homestar and I knew it would be clever and silly without the need for scantily clad women, which was, it seemed sometimes, jammed down my throat in high school and tv. The picture wasn't even remotely pornographic, but it just ruined it for me personally.

I think that it was a nice little addition, you know something that will kick it up a notch. Not to mention when you get a picture like that, how can you not post it. I give this one a 9/10

*sigh* here we go... can we please not turn this into the Commandos in the Classroom thread all over again?

I wasn't there for the commandos in the classroom forum. Im not trying to scold or lecture anyone, I was just wondering if anyone had similar thoughts. It wasn't my intention to pretend to be everyones mother. Cheap shots are not nice snoogit. Thanks for the nice reply Beyond the Grave.

oh, okay, if you didn't see it. The CitC thread turned into a big debate/semi-flame war over whether H*R was getting too edgy. I think most of us would prefer that can o' worms to stay closed.

Yeah, that didn't end pretty.

I have to say this, the pic wasn't risque or edgy as much as it was different from the H* norm. That's why people get all up in arms with it. H*R has been really clean, and when TBC do something different, even it's not really that bad, people start to worry about it's 'dirtyness.'

Well, I've finally seen it. Commentary was hilarious, especially the cute baby bursting out of The Cheat and the Homestar Babies. As for "Hot Homestar"...it was worth it to hear Strong Bad's confusion. The funniest part of the toon, IMHO.

(Although I find women who are trying too hard to be sexy to be a bit of a turnoff. I found the pinata girls more attractive. But that's just me.)

D.A.L.O. Rating: Awesome, awesome fancy danish.

Uh... isn't Strong Bad always referencing scantily clad ladies in his emails? Plus, I saw a lot worse costumes out and around my campus... *shudder*... She was mildly dressed if you ask me. Heck, my roommate goes to parties in clothes like that. I figure, if I feel okay showing the toon to my sisters, it's still good... and I would show this to my sisters. I don't think that picture warrants any complaint but that is just my opinion. Thanx for sharing your thoughts though, walter.

(see I can be a civil argumentator!)

Hey guys, I signed up here a while ago, but didn't post all that much. I'm back now, and with a good reason.

I made the three gourds that appeared in this toon. Luckily, I have proof.

Well, when Matt and Mike put the picture in the toon, they actually cropped some of it out. So, here's the picture when I took it.

Image
I put my name on it just in case somebody tries to call it their own. :)

I think you can click on it to get a bigger view of it. ;)
