Truly and awesome one, with the relase of the "unplugged" email. And the return of technochoclate, as well as that crap song.

(What does predendious mean?)

:trogdor:
I really liked this email, i liked the easter egg at the end when Strong Bad's at the club and the cheat is plugging his ears with glowsticks. I also liked the tv show that Strong Mad, Gron Sad, & The Cheat were watching. It was also great when Homestar Came in with the 'popcorn'

Aw, man. This email was great! Filled with all types of zany malarky that makes the brothers chaps so excellent and wonderful. I love SB's rollplay with him and the hot lady. The tv show was hot. I'm excited that All Is One has become such a numba wan jam!!

So funny! "And, that hot girl would be The Cheat. I mean, that hot girl would be a hot girl!" And, it looks like all The Brothers Strong were getting along in this one.

I loved Homestar's song in the easter egg. "Gotta pee, gotta pee, gotta pee..."

Probably the best email they've done in quite a while. I liked The Facts and Time Capsule, but this one easily trumps them both.

I liked it, even thought I had to see it on a crappy monitor, so the dark scenes were extra dark. Seemed OOC for Strong Sad to be entertained by a picture of Andy Garcia, much less laugh at it.

Ahh, it's good to be back.

Nice, nice, email!

There was at least something to laugh at during each part of the email.

By the way, does anyone know what the KOT means when he says "pretendous"? :kot:

Because I have know idea what the :kot: means when he says that.

I dunno; based on his blog, I'd expect SS to be the ONLY one who would go in for watching a picture of Andy Griffith's head taped to a dark TV screen. I mean as art, it's got everything: it's edgy in a clicheed way; it's an installation; it's referential (and the reference is to 50s Americana--bonus points); it deconstructs and de-functionalizes everyday household objects--yeah. Strong Sad's cup o' tea. Besides which, the dude plays board games with board games.

And I think pretendous is a perfectly cromulent word.
(See also http://forum.hrwiki.org/viewtopic.php?p=26986#26986)

Edit: Okay, somebody pointed out in the Wiki page for this email that "pretendous" originated in Strong Bad's Fan Costume Commentary. I don't think that makes it any less cromulent. I think it just adds to its cromulosity.

I think the part of this e-mail that did it the most for me was when Strong Sad joined Homestar in the song!

I've gotta say this is the funniest e-mail in a few weeks..
...probably just because technochocolate re-appears in an easter egg...Including The Cheat with glow-sticks stuck in his ears. Heehee.

"Hey there, fruit pie... the magician. Wanna dance? Yes, I would like to be your girlfriend based solely on your awesome boots" cracked me up, and the dance sb does while the allison song is playing cracks me up too

Yay! Great Email!

Gotta love it. Boots, indeed. Luv'em boots.

So many great lines, why list 'em?

And why say 'them' when you say shorten it with a convienient punctuation mark?

You know, I think homestars song was a reference to a jumping Jack contest...

Nevertheless, one of the best e-mails so far...I wonder if next e-mail will start off similar to this one.

Did anyone else notice homestar was tied up at the end of the e-mail?

Yup, good email! First time in several emails since I have laughed out loud. That being when the power first goes off, and them watching Andy Griffith's picture taped to the TV! Both eventual easter eggs were good too!

Very nice e-mail. Good amount of easter eggs. The part that really made me crack up was when Strong Mad did the paper noise. BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

When I first saw this email, I thought it was ok. But as I watched it over and over again I began to like it even more. This was a really good email.

I'm with Ramrod on this one. It's definitely growing on me. The whole concept of an unplugged email is purely great.
