Are you wearing pants, or no pants?
Shorts, skirts, dresses, gowns, kilts, jumpsuits, swimsuits, wetsuits, and leatards do not count as pants. If you go around with your lower half uncovered, we don't wanna hear about it.

We'll leave the discusion of what Homestar is wearing for another day.
