Kind of a let down. Not that funny.

Keeps with the unfortunate trend of TBC increasingly substituting weird/random for genuinely funny =(

I thought it was hilarious, very original. Best bit: Bubs referring to Strong Bad's body as "Strong Body". Don't know why, I just found that to be very amusing.

While it was hardly a classic (whatever your opinion of that may be) this sbemail was just fine. It had it's moments as any decent sbemail should. Is it just me or are there people on here who seem to be begging TBC to jump the shark? I've been noticing a lot more negativity around here lately.

Well, I liked it. I thought it was especially amusing when Strong Bads head said 'I hate your shoes!'

Weirdest e-mail to date. There has never been anything quite that strange here. Cheat with the guillotine made me crack up.

Overall a very decent sbemail. Like others have said, not exactly a classic, but it was pleasant nevertheless.

I liked the amount of easter eggs this time around and thought the "SUPPORT THE MUNICIPALITY!" poster was quite amusing.

I know this is more of a help sorta question, but...

Why is it that when I go to the HSR site it's not updated to show the new stuff until later in the day or the next day? Is there some site mirroring going on, or does it depend on where I access the site from? So today, for instance, the main pages say that 3/6/06 is the last update. But when I come to the hrwiki site here, people are already able to view the new stuff on 3/13/06.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Well, you might need to clear your cache then. That sounds like the problem.

Did our friend Jenny write this email? I could imagine her thinking up an email like that.

I liked it, I'ma go watch it again now. I often like them better after a few times. (because I don't get everything in English all at once)

Yeah, that seems to be the issue actually. I *thought* you could do a ctrl-F5 to force it to re-read the page from the server, but maybe that only applies to the html-type parts & not the swf files behind it.

AGREE'D. The guillotine thing was easily the best part. That, and the horror-film Strong Bads at the end. And "Homestar Bunmaker".

Yeah, definitely one of the... stranger emails, but it did take a pretty out-there concept and do some funny things with it.

:hr: Me likey! Me likey!

I thought this was pretty funny. It opens up the possibility of seeing more "HeadBad" and "StrongBody" in the future (Like maybe in the last level of Stinkoman they've been promising forever!!!!)

I especially liked seeing the poopsmith with a new job. Instead of shoveling whatsit he's now the riot police for the KOT -- funny.

hey no one has put the wiki link yet

Well... odd. Actually, I thought the funniest parts were the parts not directly related to the email's premise: the evil Poopsmith and Homestar's tiny breads. The Cheat being disappointed with the guillotine was great too, and I appreciated the no-budget horror dig. Overall pretty solid, not too many laugh-out-loud moments but plenty of smiles (and O_os). C+/B- (right on the line)

"Side note: as a head without a body, I envy the dead."
"No argument here."

Why do people never ut wiki links right away? If an email is called "disconnected", you can predict it'll be at http://www.hrwiki.org/index.php/disconnected

anyway, 'twas pretty funny. When SB's head was jetting all over the place, I laughed out loud, which happens VERY rarely to me and it takes something really funny.

TBC are torturing meeee... :(

I sent in a "Secret Identity" email 3 days before it was released.

I sent in a "Legends" email 2 days before it was released.

And now they are using MY NAME. IN AN EMAIL. And I sent in some stuff this week again of course. On Saturday morning.

GAHHH. I'll never get my email on there. They keep stealing my ideas!

Oh well. I can't stay mad at them for something like that. Just disappointed.

Good shtuff. Heh... I'm gonna fake out my sisters and make them think I sent it in for a while.

That was weird. I did like the poopsmith playing yet another role, And the KoT/Big Brother/1984 reference. And it brings us one step closer to ye olde 150!

Heh. Not as funny as some of the latest ones, but still pretty good. I laughed out loud at the head-nub's voice.

Yeah, I agree. It kinda reminds me of the old Tandy emails.

Oh, and the KoT big brother thing is funny. I'm gonna use that as an avatar.

Pretty good. The head-nub and nub-head were appropriately creepy and horrific. I give it a good 7.9/10.

The second I watched it, the first thing that went through my mind was, "OMGWTFBBQ! JENNY GOT HER EMAIL ANSWERED!" My mom asked me to be quiet and who the heck Jenny is. :p

I liked this email quite a bit. The best part had to be Strong Head telling the body that they should "cover more ground" and that other head coming out of the body.

A passable e-mail. I've already forgotten about most of it, but I kinda liked it. If I remember. Anyway. Probably about 6.1/10 or something. Criticize them for being weird if it's not your thing, but in this reviewer's humble opinion. it seems to be working for them.

Okay, I do think that this one is better than ladyfan, but I don't really like it ALL that much. It's okay, like I said, but, as others said, by no means a classic. Soooo....

This is the way I like my Sbemails. Random and nonsencical.

My fav part:
"Hi would you like to go to the store?"
"I hate your (laughing) shoes."
